Update: I have all pictures and message showing the work and where the roofer missed the calking. I am leaving this review now is because I got fully upgraded and waterproof my siding and windows last week and then we found where Rio Blanco missed the calking, which caused me HUGE amount of upgrading expense.Your way to avoid responsibility is unethical. Other customers please be aware. Any human with eyes can see there is absolutely ZERO calking at the trim, see the left top side of the picture. There is no way to get rid of it without damage the paint and left nothing. You can see the gap on the trim also, that is where my problem is, and that’s where Rio Blanco took my $1100 and missed.Beisides, $1100 for calking and the work , and the work is not complete. I accept the estimate because I trust you so much at that time. I wish I am the last one who got the $1100 calking job.Paid $1100 for calking around windows and flashing. Things turns out the top of the window is still without any calking. Climb to my roof without protection, almost falling and stepped on my gutter and caused damaged. Put tarp at wrong area and not willing to do the repair. Disappeared and no contact after they probably just can’t guarantee their works and not willing to fix the gutter. $1100 is a huge lesson for me to avoid doing business with them.

Chuck Allen, Cody Loftin, and the whole team are a dream to work with. They are all personable, professional, respectful, and pleasant. I enjoyed the whole process. When my insurance company sent a totally green adjuster, my roofing guys spent two hours on the roof with him showing him how to survey the roof. The adjuster was most appreciative. I highly recommend Rio Blanco. They did a fabulous job of cleaning up and sweeping for nails and bits and pieces. Everything looks great! It was a wonderful experience. They will even do an annual clean out of my gutters for me. Cody and Chuck are also addressing a downspout drainage issue for me. Thanks guys!
