My neighbor's house was getting a new roof installed a few weeks ago and I'd left to run some errands. I got back and noticed Agustin left a card on my door. I needed some repairs myself and had been considering replacement. I had a few quotes last year and after talking to Augustin even their top tier was priced better than the quotes from last year. As a first time home owner I had questions about financing a portion of the repair and he had great recommendations. The whole experience was great. They even replaced a small portion of rotted deck around the chimney. When our roof needed to be replaced after sustaining hail damage, Agustin and his team were very professional. They communicated well and took time to explain the process. His team arrived on time and completed all the repairs when they said they would. Agustin sent before and after pictures of the roof and that was very helpful since we didn't need to climb on the roof to check it ourselves. HRE recently replaced our roof after a hail storm. The roof came out beautifully. Agustin, our project manager, was fantastic from the very beginning. He met our claims adjuster at the house and pointed out items that she may have missed. He was very thorough in his explanations with us throughout the entire process.
