Lone-Star Roofing was great from the start to the finish of our job. They came to look at a small roof repair, and then advised us that we had significant hail damage, which was confirmed by our insurance company. Lone-Star was able to come the next week to replace our entire roof in one day. They were extremely efficient…arriving early in the morning with a large crew and having the roof replaced and the project all cleaned up as if they had never been there by late afternoon. Mark searched around for the best prices and made sure I had quality install. Once I gave the green light, the roof had been scheduled within a week and completed in one day. The crew left it as they found it, but with a new roof! There were some extra charges related to additional replacement needs that he let me know before hand was a possibility. Thankfully, less than what it could have been. I've had no leaky roof or issues since replacement of the composite shingles. It was a seemless operation. He was even able to get my office and my house approved through insurance!

Mark and his team did an excellent job. They finished in one day, left the job site clean, walked the project before and after with my wife and I, and came back promptly to assist with an additional job we identified on a roofing extension.All workmanship seems solid, all materials were high-quality, and, Mark’s team was very responsive to the one minor issue we noticed, which was fully corrected when they came back.Can’t say enough good things about these folks. Eric and Lone Star did a great job of putting on my new roof. As a matter of fact, I not only used him myself, but my good friend down the street did, too - so I recommended him to a single mom who had hail damage at her house. Eric and his team worked really hard to get a the new roof quoted, but also worked with the insurance company to cover damage to the siding and helped find a contractor to do the work. Lone-Star repaired a leak around my chimney, replacing some decking and the affected shingles. Then they caulked brick joints and applied a masonry sealant. Arrival was in the scheduled timeframe. I had the best experience with Chad at Lonestar roofing.I had some hail damage from wayyy ago and ran into him just under a year before the hail storm. I knew I had a broken skylight, but he quickly let me know that mine and surrounding roofs were in shambles and that we could get a decent amount of it covered because of the hail storm.He worked with me and followed up so many times but also took the very little information that I gave him and made everything happen. Not in an annoying way either.For reference, this was a fairly complicated commercial deal and honestly, he made it happen with the people that were in charge and I found out the insurance had approved repairs a while later when we had to vote on who we would pick. It was such a happy surprise. He might kill me that I would recommend more people like me, but if you’re a busy business owner or someone with a million things going on, you would be in wonderful hands with Chad as he’ll happily do the backend work for you to make it as simple for you as possible.The crew/work was amazing and they worked around our weird schedule. Lone-Star Roofing did a great job on re-roofing my home! They replaced four skylights and built a cricket behind my fireplace as well as rebuilt two dormers. Kurtis Bradicich, the Project Manager, was hands on, friendly and professional. The roofers were very hardworking, friendly and took care in their work.
