Jud Allen came to look at the hail damage on my house and said he was interested in bidding on the insurance repairs. I set up an appointment with the insurance adjuster, called Jud with the appointment time and he claimed he would be there to go over the damage with the adjuster. Tried to contact him in advance to be certain he would show but he never responded to my messages or calls. Guess what? He never showed and never called back. Typical roofing company, unreliable! And if you hire one of these guys and they do a bad job, they still want to be paid since they can threaten to put a lien on your house. I don't know what their work is like but their reliability is zero! I would NOT recommend you trust this company for your roof repairs.

Bob Santini is highly skilled, professional, friendly, honest and thoughtful. His was the lowest of three bids for my roof replacement several years ago. He didn't ask what the insurance estimate was, which is what some companies do. He was the lead worker as well as foreman on the job. He promptly came back to fix leaks years later. I recommend him highly.

Have used On Top Roofing multiple times. Bob Santini is the best. He is quick and professional. On one job I had a roofing contractor say that a 7 year old roof was in bad shape and needed to be replaced for over $10,000.00 dollars. Had several people recommend Bob Santini. He did an inspection, said there was an issue with how is was installed, but it did not need a new roof. He explained what was done wrong and what it would take to repair it. His cost to repair was less than $1000.00 dollars.I am very happy with his work and will continue to use him in the future.Joel

Would not recommend. Had Jud install two roofs in 2016 and 2017. Will not return for corrective action work. Does not respond to calls or texts. Roof had leaks after install. Had to have another company come and repair leaks.Service: Roof installation

I am evaluating OTR-Allen from a few years ago; it is terrible. A job done two years ago now needs its second repair. The company is not responsive.OTR-Allen is not to be confused with the previous version of OTR, now called OTR 2000, and run by Bob Santini, who has always done a fine job for me and has solved even unconventional problems.

I have had problems since he put the roof on. Doesnt return calls. NEVER shows up for appointments. Not an ethical church going man. DO NOT USE HIM.
