Spire Roofing Solution just did my roof and gutters for me. Turned out awesome. We went with the high definition shingles and ridge caps. Turned out fantastic and makes the house pop. Owner Austin Howell was awesome and easy to work with. So if you are considering a new roof, definitely reach out to them and have a inspection done! His crew was quick, did the entire roof in a day and cleaned up everything! No nails left in the yard or anything. It was a pleasure working with Spire roofing. It is difficult to find contractors in this area to respond to requests. It was a pleasant surprise when we talked to Spire. We had another company that worked with the insurance company but they wouldn't respond to our request for a quote. I found another company and I did receive a quote but I thought they were a little expensive and the terms were not clear.Spire was working on other roofs in the neighborhood and the neighbors recommended Spire so I gave them a call from my office that day. They were "Johnny on the spot" and before I arrived home after the call, Spire had already performed the inspection and I met Travis as he was coming down off of the roof. His prompt arrival on the initial service call and polite personality earned them the job.I gave them the insurance paperwork and they said they could start the next week. They also told me the gutters were damaged and that the insurance would also cover that as well. No other roofing company offered to replace the gutters even though the pricing was similar to the quote we received from Spire.The roofing job started on a Friday morning about 5:00am and they had the roof totally stripped by 8. They replaced the roof the same day and were complete by 6:00pm.... I was out of town that day and Spire texted and emailed me progress photos via a drone they used. Very impressive seeing the step by step progress photos! I had no idea they had a drone so a pretty cool perk and definitely a good sales tool. I shared the photos with friends and they were amazed.To summarize Spire was the most professional Contractor we have ever dealt with for house projects. Very professional interactions, great communications. They had tarps and protection for my yard and deck and when they left the job site clean. It was like they were never there.I had the insurance company contact me several times to check on when the project was complete and I had Spire send me the documents. Spire had also filed the paperwork work with the insurance for us, which was another nice perk. Our experience with Spire Roofing was so positive! They were tremendous at working with our insurance company, and they were professional and timely every step of the way. For example, they used drones and other high quality cameras to fully document the damage on our roof and then to document every step of the roof replacement. They throughly went over every option we had for replacement shingles, and they were always quick to return phone calls or texts. The roof replacement started and finished within a single day, which was amazing and so helpful. They also replaced all our rain gutters and downspouts. We could not be happier with how our roof turned out. They use only the very highest quality materials and our new roof looks incredible. I am super happy with the services Spire provided. They handled all steps of replacing my hail storm damaged roof, from working with the inspector and my insurance, to doing the repair work on my roof, fence, and broken windows/screens. Every step along the way from initial evaluation to final clear up was professional, informative, and technically explained. We have a new roof with state-of-the art new materials, perfectly installed, and a beautiful enhancement to our home. The drone provided unique perspectives. The installation process was incredible - total teamwork, by individuals with a wide variety of expertise, working hard, totally together. Spire Roofing of Bryan/College Station came out and did an inspection. They then met with the adjuster from the insurance company for a complete inspection.I could not be happier with Spire Roofing. They worked with me and the insurance company throughout the project. All of their personnel were helpful and always available.Even though my house was a large area, they were able to complete the job in one day. We had a leak on a Friday night. We called several roofers Saturday morning but Spire was the only one to answer the phone and they were there at 1:00 to fix the leak. Very reasonable and professional. Will definitely use again if needed. (We didn’t hear from the other roofers til Monday.)

Caliber was able to get a completely new roof approved when we had already been denied. They not only handled the massive pitches three stories up, but got our gutters completely redone to help alleviate some of the water issues we weren't even aware of causing rot and wear. My insurance company had originally denied my claim for hail damage. Spire Roofing stepped in and worked directly with my insurance agent and was able to get my claim approved for the entire roof. Spire came into my home to meet with me. We sat down and went over every detail: shingle color, gutters, roof inspection, estimates, scheduling. No detail was too big or small. They addressed every location on the roof for possible leaking, repaired subpanels that had rotted. Went above and beyond what was expected, they painted all the roof vents, removed DirecTV antenna, and internet satellite antenna. Great communication, they kept me up to date throughout the entire process. Visited prior, during and after roof installation to ensure I was completely satisfied. There was nothing I was concerned about throughout the entire process. Can’t say enough good things about Spire. Oh, and they finished a 3200sqft house in one day.
