We had a leak in our home and Flash Construction were the first company to respond in a timely manner. Kyle showed up to do an assessment and it made it clear that we had hail damage. He was honest & never pushy. The insurance process was made easier with this company by our side. Kyle and Lexi showed up and met with our adjuster so that nothing was missed. Within a few days they were here to put on our new roof. The professionalism is above and beyond. They also protected our gardens and even taped off our yard as a precaution.. I HIGHLY recommend Flash Construction! They take care you and your home very well.

Kyle Smith was my project manager. He was on time for my estimate, listened to what I wanted without trying to oversell anything, and explained everything that would be done in clear terms. The installation was done within 7 days of the estimate, and his crew was highly efficient and did a very nice job. They cleaned up well afterwards, and the finished product was better than I expected. Kyle came out for a final inspection and pointed out to me that they had painted the vent pipes in addition to doing the roof repair, which was not in my scope of work. Kyle was responsive any time I called him or had questions, and overall, I would say they did an excellent job. I recommend this company to anyone who needs a roof repaired or replaced.

Although we rescheduled the appointment for a day later, his professionalism and caring attitude made it worth the wait. After asking a series of questions and conducting a thorough inspection he was able to resolve the problem, on the spot, and give me some recommendations for the future. Most companies will find a way to "Make the Sale" and put their company first but Kyle Smith was quite the opposite, he made a sincere effort to put me, the customer, first. In my personal experience other companies weren’t half as honest or sincere as the Flash Construction and Roofing team. I will, beyond a doubt, be calling Kyle for any future roofing needs.

Lexi and Kyle are hands down the best at what they do. They have the amazing capability of making you feel like you're their only client. We originally solicited their services to have our roof done. That transitioned in an entire outdoor home renovation. They were both very mindful of our budget and very patient with last minute changes, decisions that took longer than usual, and attempts to find lower/better deals. Lexi has an amazing design eye and Kyle is a perfectionist. He will not settle for any work that is subpar. I urge you to choose them if you are considering several other top roofers in The Woodlands or Conroe. I would strongly encourage those who might have other renovation needs, in addition to their roofing project, to utilize them. They are both SO understanding, patient, and above all, positive!! Easten made the process run really smooth. He handled the coordination of the crew inspection. I've got 2 kiddos and I didn't have to wprry about a thing. The crew showed up, did their thing, and left. Really excited to get a quality, professionally done new roof after hail damage!

Apparently there was some confusion and we ended up paying our deductible twice. John Jarvis spotted the mistake and informed us of this when he came to pick up the final installment - minus the second deductible payment. How is that for integrity and honesty? Amazing company! Amazing people.

I contacted this company as they had done some work for a neighbor. However, since that time, they do not reply to messages and are late delivering on promises already. The owner indicated a deadline to have an estimate back to me and hasnt delivered. Repeated attempts to contact him if only to learn what the delay was has resulted in no reply from him.One of his workers has not answered questions about the late estimate either.
