Josh simply overheard my bf expressing how badly we were being treated (mistreated) by our insurance company after Hurricane Ian and offered to help. He was going to get us temporary housing and be on his way, and then he realized there was WAY more going on. Josh really saved the day for me! After dealing with several adjusters and being turned away, I got Josh’s information and he really helped me out big time. After hurricane Ian my insurance was only giving me a little amount to fix a lot of things and Josh was able to get me about 40k more than what they gave me originally. Not only did he do that but he also detected things that my insurance adjuster did not. He took the time to look at every inch of my house, inside and out. It was a lengthy process and for this being my first time having to go through this, Josh was very patient and answered any questions I had and explained anything that I didn’t understand.
