My wife and I were thrilled with the work Royce and his team did on our bathroom remodel! The quality of work is top-notch – it's like walking into a brand bathroom every time we see the finished space. My husband and I decided to upgrade our outdated kitchen with new Quartz countertops and backsplash. Convert our guest bathroom from tub to walkin shower. Royce, Miranda, Juan and Jonathon got the job done for us! The workers treated our home like it was theirs. All the workers were very polite and respectful. At the end of everyday, they cleaned up inside the work area and outside. If I had a question or concern, it was addressed immediately. We love our new kitchen and bathroom. What a great experience. I was so impressed with this company from beginning to end. Royce and his crew showed up on time and stayed on schedule despite difficulty in finding items in stock. We converted a separate building on my property into a mother-in-law suite for my father. Royce quickly grasped what we were wanting and also made great suggestions on how to use the space that we hadn’t thought of. His crew was polite and hard-working. Throughout the month long job, Royce was very responsive to texts, emails and phone calls and always polite. After completion, there were a few minor issues and they came back out the next day and took care of them to our satisfaction. Royce seems to truly care about his customers and wants them to be happy and takes pride in his work.

I decided to get a few different estimates from different contractor for termite damage that was missed during my home inspection prior to purchasing my home. All I can say is from the very moment I called Royce's Home Improvement and spoke to Miranda I felt beyond comfortable. She came over the next day took pictures and measurements and called me the next day as promised with a quote for the repairs I needed. I had requested a additional quote for a bathroom remodel and that was provided as well . Both quotes where extremely professional with nothing hidden all broken down with a parts, labor , a discerption of what will be done , pictures of the room in question , measurements of the room. a lot of detail that nobody else provided. That made me feel extremely comfortable. I never once had any pressure from Miranda in regards to the repairs. She was very patient and was beyond helpful with making the decision to perform the repairs and to prioritize what needs to be done, should be done and future recommendations. I was already very pleased with Miranda and was blown away with the repair crew. They came in extremely respectful , careful and very clean. After every day of work they cleaned up and would never leave any messes . The crew got everything done within the promise time. The quality of work was amazing. Like if nothing ever happened. Best part of all this was every time I called and had a question or concern Miranda answered or would call me back right away. I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of. Anyone looking around for any repair on your home do not hesitate to use Royce's Home Improvement. You will not regret it. I feel very blessed that I found this great company to work on my home.

Royce Home Improvement installed & painted LP siding & trim on my house. Royce answered his phone every time I called. He was on time for all appointments and was very interested in what I wanted done and how I wanted it done. I awarded the job to Royce even thou he was the high bidder by a few thousand. Royce gave me a time frame for the job from start to completion and allowing for a few rain showers the job was completed on time. The crew did a great job the joints are tight and well caulked and paint lines on trim are great. During the work process the job site was cleaned every afternoon and upon completion the site clean.My Conclusion a little extra money well spent for a great job.Thanks Royce I am pleasedWade

They did a fantastic job on my kitchen remodel great quality work and craftsmanship. They also did a bookcase in the living room and it turned out fantastic. Royce’s Home Improvement was recommended to us by our real estate agent and, we are glad we made the decision to use his services. Royce worked on multiple projects in our new home - complete staircase remodeling, front door refinishing and staining, fireplace mantel, casing and crown molding work. When we figured out that our shower pan was leaking we were unsure about what to do. Luckily we have a water damage rider on our homeowners insurance policy. We still were unsure who to call, so I started doing some research to repair our stand alone shower. I came across Royce's Home Improvement and immediately liked him. The owner came out and told us exactly what needed to be done and worked directly with my insurance company. He told me when they would start and how long it would take. I was notified everyday of what was going to happen the next day, who was coming, and what they were doing. All of his workers were very professional and nice. Anytime I had a question it would be answered immediately, mostly by the owner. They did an awesome job, the final product was better than I imagined, I am more than satisfied by the results and would use them again. I had an excellent experience with Royce yesterday. He diagnosed the need for a valve replacement on a water heater while a plumber said the whole unit had to be replaced. We chose Royce after searching the internet , reading many reviews on his company and other companies in the area. We found his reviews and pictures on his website to be what we were looking for to repair the water damage from the freeze on our house. Another great finding is that he is registered with the Better Business Bureau.Royce and his crew have done a beautiful job on our house. We have a beautiful new kitchen with new cabinets, countertops and backsplash. We have a new cabinet in one bathroom and he fixed another bathroom cabinet that needed some love. Royce and his team remodeled my home to widen my bathroom and closet doors. I use a wheelchair and the doorways were too narrow because my house is older and small. There was not a lot of room so they put pocket doors in. And now I have wheelchair access into those rooms. They were usually 3 men here doing the work so it was completed in 3 days. They put up plastic so dust did not go everywhere. They were very clean and took care with my hardwood flooring. They even did an excellent job on the thresholds where the added wood blended in very well with my existing floor. The pocket doors work great and was an excellent solution. All were very polite and friendly and efficient. Royce even paid for a cleaning lady to clean the house after they were finished. They were several minor things they missed but someone came the next couple days and dealt with those. He even replaced a cracked sprinkler head that was run over by one of the trucks. I have heard and experienced many horror stories about bad renovations, and terrible contractors..I just had a pretty large project done in my home in Walden; and honestly if I had to quantify it I would say it was pleasant. The guys were nice and on time. They didn't make a large mess, and the team did their best to keep our regular daily lives as free from disruption as possiable! Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend Royce’s Home Improvement enough! We had a water line break under our kitchen sink in the middle of the night which flooded our entire home. We hired him for all repairs including all new floors, baseboards, kitchen, drywall, paint, you name it.
