If I could give these guys a ZERO star review I would. I had a roof installed by these guys three years ago. After multiple leaks in multiple places, they just quit answering the phone or returning calls. Don’t ever do business with this company or any other company the owner Mike Manaha might start. I now have a puddle in my laundry room from the storm that rolled through today. Guess who didn’t answer the phone.. Does anybody else want to start a class action lawsuit?

Funny how the only "5-star rating" for this business is from the "owner". My roof was installed 8 months ago. Perfect contractor until I trustfully paid him in full before all punch items were completed. Since then, missed appointments, no shows for appointments, ignored phone calls and texts, and untruthful responses regarding warranty registration. Roof failure August 3 (5 months after installation) and I can't get hm to come to the jobsite (over 2 months). I think there are probably 20 warranties sold but not registered. I wonder if the District Attorney has any interest. Stay away.

I would not recommend this company. When the installed the roof, there was absolutely no communication with me or my wife the whole day even though we were in the house. The foreman didn't apologize but just said he thought we weren't home - even though we had come and gone during the day. They broke a sprinkler head and it took three weeks for them to finally come out and I had to fix it while they watched me. They did not even put shingles on some of the ridge caps and blamed it on the wind, even though there were no shingles in the yard. And finally, they did not reconnect the bathroom vent tubes to the vent in the roof but won't return a call to even acknowledge that there is an issue caused by Teal. All these were the fault of the company - and the owner Mike will not even return my calls anymore. They were a good company before CJ was let go. Now, not so good.

The installation was great, but Mike refuses to provide any documentation for warranty work which is affecting the closing on the sale of our house. Both realtors have been contacting him, daily to no avail. Totally unprofessional! Do not use if you want service after the job is done!Service: Roof installation

My experience involved missed appointments, scheduling delays, incomplete follow-up work, and my emails and calls being ignored. A referral fee highlighted on their Facebook site has also not been paid. Avoid them like the plague!Service: Roof installation

This is a very unprofessional roofing company. GAF has this company rated as "Master Elite" roofing company. We are having leaks all over our roof. Teal Roofing installed our toof 18 months ago. GAF warranty has done nothing to make this roofer repair the poor install.Service: Roof installation
