The Roof Guys assisted with my insurance adjuster during the initial roof inspection to get a good adjustment / settlement from my insurance company. They scheduled us for an installation very quickly. Their crew showed up early (6 am) on the day of the installation and worked efficiently through the day and completed by 5 pm including cleanup and removal. they did a great job on the installation and our new roof looks fantastic.

Had a lot of hail damage recently and needed a new roof. Jay came out right away. Met him at 3pm to go over my options and my new roof was installed by 3pm the NEXT DAY. Did a great job cleaning up after themselves and the roof looks fantastic.

We just replaced our roof with The Roof Guys. They were amazing! A sweet father and son duo. They came and gave a free estimate. They found hail damage and we were able to go through our insurance company. The Roof Guys also met with the insurance adjuster. It was just such an easy process and their people did a great job. We didn’t realize a roof replacement could be so fast and easy. If anyone is considering a new roof, please speak with them. You won’t regret it.

Anna and Torrick were awesome to work with - we probably needed a little more hand holding through the insurance process than most (one step short of a lawsuit with the insurance company to get them to pay for the coverage they wrote. Hint for others - don't give up! The insurance company will often decline the initial claim just because. If 10% give up, they are happy to pocket your $'s). Anna walked through each step with us to get our roof replacement paid. You want these Roof Guys on your side!We can't recommend Anna and Torrick (and Jay as well!) Highly enough!

Getting repairs on your house can be extremely stressful. This team is aware of that and stays in communication throughout the process. Our roof had extensive damage that was unknown before they started the replacement. They sent pictures of everything found and explained the new work needed. I’m not sure any other company would have worked this hard instead of just covering up the damage. Their honesty, hard work, and unbelievably fair pricing have earned them a customer for life.

These guys are the best! They replaced my roof and skylights about 1.5 years ago, beautiful job, no problems! Unfortunately a storm came by and caused a branch to put a small hole in my roof. We gave them a call and they were out the next day to fix the issue, it is now good as new! We have now used these guys twice now. First time was our house in Spring that had some hail damage. Anna and Torric responded quickly, help us get the it approved by HOA, got insurance approved, got the crew out to the house, and removed and installed new roofing in a day with minor clean up and touch up the next morning. We sold that house just a few months ago and bought a house in Magnolia that we knew needed a roof. We called Anna and the next day she was here, got the type of shingle selected that matched our brick perfectly, and a week later the crew showed up and removed all of the shingles and installed new roof in a day. Did a great job both times cleaning up. Then two days later the crew arrived and installed seamless gutters. All in all everyone did a great job!!Services: Gutter repairs, Roof installation

From the initial contact to the final installation, the company was responsive and thorough. While on-site the workers worked diligently and effectively. Other than a Birdseye view image, hammering and smashed down grass (from their trash tarps) there was no sign of them being here. They cleaned everything up and put everything back in its place. Everyone I spoke with from start to finish was super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Their crews were very efficient and easy to communicate with. They kept my yard clean throughout the day and cleaned up throughly and ran a magnet each day before they left. We have 3 children and 2 dogs so I was especially concerned about nails. Not one nail have I seen!! We chose The Roof Guys because we have friends who also worked with them in the past and their reviews were awesome! I wish all businesses were as professional and competent as The Roof Guys. We have tried to get Statewide Remodeling to repair a sunroom roof after a massive hail storm on April 15, 2021. After over a year, an independent contractor for Statewide had come to replace the sunroom roof, but compromised the roof on our house while making the sunroom repairs. I had tried several times to get them to come back and repair the leaks to our sunroom caused by installation of the new sunroom roof, but they have never responded since June, 2022. The Roof Guys were able to respond quickly and had no trouble finding the problem. After two back to back hurricanes through South East Texas, my roof had severe wind damage. Luckily, my insurance adjuster reached out to The Roof Guys to assist in his inspection due to the height of my house.
