I’m going to share my experience with this company, they did an install on my roof in 2022 while the previous home owner lived here. The previous home owner and myself remain in contact and she provided me with the information to this company who took care of a roof replacement here at my home in 2022. The area of the leak I have in my home now apparently would be an exclusion in their agreement. Also you need to make sure the previous home owner transfers the roof warranty into your name or they will deny a warranty claim. The owner responded to my last poor review stating I had the wrong company but yet I have all the documents to prove it was them.What this tells me is this, it is my belief that if there is a way to not take care of my warranty then they will become contract nerds and look over every exclusion to execute.I asked them if they could repair this and I’d even come out of pocket because clearly the warranty has been voided and they never responded to me until I left them with a poor review. But the response I was met with was a cease and desist email with legal threatsThe actionable statements listed are clearly statements of my opinion

I had a hole in the roof that was not identified in the home inspection when my wife and I recently purchased our house. I called around and got many quotes for work I did not need. Everyone was trying to sell me a new roof, while I just needed a roof repair. JD Smith came and provided what I wanted to hear and the price was legitimate. His team came and completed the repair. After visual inspection of the repair, there was a small concern. I contacted JD Smith and he had his team come out and re-do the repair and it met my expectations. I come from a roofing family; my dad owned a company and started roofing long before I was born. Why does this matter? It matters because I know the industry and business.JD was straight with me through the entire process. Not once did he try to oversell something that wasn't needed. In fact, he suggested I contact my insurance company to file a claim. (I was going to pay out of pocket.)Once things started rolling, my roof replacement (including tear-off) was done within 48 hours of being loaded. I was out of town while the job was being done, but my neighbor commented to me about their professionalism. (She even asked for a quote for her home.) When I returned the job was complete, the site was clean of any debris and nails.Overall, a great experience. My suggestion, if you're considering a new roof or professional advice, give All Star Roofing & Construction a call.
