Kudos to Jill Sweeny and the group at CLC Roofing! This was one crazy storm and Jill handled it all from beginning to end with professionalism and respect. She walked us through every step, handling every detail with the inspector, adjuster, and insurance company. We chose to wait until Fall, when the brutal heat of summer was (kind of) behind us, and once we were ready Jill had her team out here ready to go. The men were quick, efficient, did an excellent job and the clean up was phenomenal! Everyone came and went when they were supposed to, all well orchestrated by Jill and the girls in the office! CLC Roofing, Chad Cross and Daniel Machorro are spectacular. I had a small leak and they showed up in very short order. Did not recommend anything beyond a very small repair that needed to be done.They did the courtesy of a roof inspection and explained there were some small signs of wear, but nothing needed to be done immediately.Top notch in service and Business integrity!!!Thank you!!!

Branson Pretorius and CLC Roofing did a great job when we asked them to do replacement roofing work for us. They had done good communication during this task and always response back promptly if we need clarification. Their crew is also had done all activities including gutters, etc. very professionally. My wife was also satisfied that how they had cleaned up everything once they finished their tasks--that's a big concern for her during the installation but she was satisfied and happy. Well done, CLC and Branson Pretorius and team. I would highly recommend CLC for roofing services.

CLC replaced our roof 4 years ago and did a fantastic job. Last month a hail storm came through and we had 3" hail hit our roof. I called CLC and they had someone come out promptly to look at the roof. We were glad to hear there was no damage. We are thankful for CLC.

I had some pretty bad roof damage located in Rockwall County. I called all of the local guys from Nabors to Tucker Roofing. What really stood out to me was the level of customer service from Tom Gramer at CLC. Honestly, that is the main reason I went with them. He was very honest and professional in his sales approach and that carried all the way through to the completion of the job. Truth be told, I wanted to stay with a local business, but when the customer service Tom provided was well above the conpetition, I had no reason not give CLC the contract. Thanks for all your hard work Tom. The crew did a great job and so did you. 👍

This was the 3rd major hail storm our house had been hit by in the last 12 years. Pretty much everything that was outside needed to be replaced or repaired – the roof, gutters, down spouts, leaf guard, garage doors, HVAC. This was by far our most seamless experience, because of our CLC project manager Jill Sweeny and the rest of the CLC team. Jill walked us through each step and was our advocate working with the contractors, inspectors and our insurance company. She had good follow-up and made sure work was completed in a timely fashion. The CLC roofing team and the contractors showed up on time and they did the work correctly. I would highly recommend Jill Sweeny and CLC Roofing.

From A-Z they were wonderful. I will recommend them to everyone I know. My first contact was Jill Sweeny, she could not have been more professional. I’m on my own so she took such time and care to explain everything to me, never made me feel rushed. I was also very impressed how knowledgeable she is! After talking with her I felt completely at ease moving forward.When the project started the roofer, Jose Mendoza knocked on my door to introduce himself and make sure my car was out of the garage, in case I needed to go somewhere. He let me know what to expect for the day and was just so friendly. When the roof was done the project manager, Justin Casey knocked on my door and asked me to look around to make sure it was cleaned up and to see if I had any questions or concerns. Like everyone else he was friendly, very knowledgeable and let me know how to reach him if anything came up later that I wasn’t satisfied with.I don’t normally write long reviews but this company obviously prides itself on only hiring the very best. We all take the time to complain but rarely to praise. This is an honest, professional company who hasn’t lost the art of doing an excellent, quality job while also providing the very best customer service. A few of my neighbors even commented on how good my roof looked and how considerate the entire crew was. Jill was able to get our initial insurance denial overturned and a full roof replacement covered by our insurance company. She was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process and answered all of our questions. The crew that replaced the roof was very prompt and professional and an excellent job with the cleanup.

Worst Customer Service ! Once you get roof installed, you are stuck with them. They will never pick your call if they pick no action taken from their side. They promise to provide free annual inspection but they never do. They need to learn how to treat their customers professionally.

Spoke with Tyler about some damage on my roof following a hail storm. He came out the very next day to evaluate for himself. Together, we got in contact with the insurance company and had someone come out to inspect the roof. Tyler was here with the insurance company to handle anything that might have gotten any pushback. Luckly, it was a total loss and we had no issue with the insurance company and Tyler was able to go ahead and get things on order and set a date for a new roof to be installed. They were able to handle all the communication for me with my insurance company, which was super convenient. I had full trust in Tyler and his team handling my business and to have my benefit first and foremost. The day of the roof being replaced was an absolute breeze! His team showed up super early and got to work. They were able to knock out the entire roof within a day. All of his team members were super communicative and up front with their work and timelines. If I ever need to do another roofing job again I know who I am calling hands down. I recommended CLC roofing and Tyler to everyone in my neighborhood that was affected by the storms. What an experience with CLC Roofing that my family will never forget. My mom's house was in dire need of work and a new roof. Hail damage had put a number on her roof several years prior but her insurance company balked at paying for any of it.Marty Thomas with CLC Roofing had us file a new claim which we did. When the insurance adjuster initially came out they did it without notice and without anyone meeting them and they declined to paying for a new roof - pretty shady, but par for the course.Marty was able to talk them into coming out again and made sure he was there waiting when they came again.After speaking to the adjuster, Marty was able to get our insurance to pay for the entire roof. Marty is a people person and is an honest straight shooter. That type of personality strikes a chord in this cut throat industry and him and his company will go to bat for you! The input on insurance companies, the handling of on-going communications with insurance, the supervision of the work, the paperwork, the list goes on - CLC Roofing did it all.My recently widowed mom has lived in that house since her and my dad bought it brand new in 1989 and she will never let it go. We just had our roof and gutters replaced by CLC and we could not be happier! We had some shingles blow off during a storm and called a few companies. Tom Grammer of CLC showed up about an hour after I called and quickly tarped our roof to help avoid more damage. He performed a thorough inspection and found additional damage and then helped us through the entire insurance claim process. Tom’s communication through the entire process was excellent. Any question we had were always answered timely and I could tell from his service that we would be taken care of. Daniel and Jose led the installation crew and they were extremely professional and did an amazing job. They protected our yard and pool from debris and were constantly making sure all debris was cleaned up. They even came back the next day to run magnets over my yard as well as my neighbors to make sure they did not leave nails behind. I would not hesitate for one second to use their services again! CLC Roofing is a roofing company I’ve used several times. Mike Toomey was awesome. They handled the inspection of the roof and assisted me in providing a quote to insurance company and ensured I got exactly what I wanted. I got a hail proof shingles and was able to replace my skylight too although it wasn’t damaged but very old. They show up when they say, completed work on time and keep the yard clean in the process.
