My house looks better than I ever dreamed it could. I get teary-eyed when I pull up in the drive way and see the changes.When I first started my home improvement process back in April, applying for a home equity loan, getting bids, deciding on colors, I always knew wanted to use a local company from my hometown of Copperas Cove.On July 12, when you came out to the house, I had tentatively made arrangements with a company from Belton to do the siding and a company from Lampasas to do the roof. Even with the tentative agreement, I was unsure about them. After you left that day, I breathed a sigh of relief, I knew instinctively RNC was the company to hire.I am so glad I did hire RNC Construction, I stayed local, paid less, received better quality work, and my house looks better than I ever dreamed. Yes, that is worth mentioning twice.Saying Thank You just does not seem like enough.

RNC Construction didn’t let the pandemic get them down! Dale & his crews remodeled our master bath to ensure we can age-in-place safely, as we wanted. It is BEAUTIFUL!! The price was very reasonable, the work was excellent, & everyone was very respectful of us & our home. Dale is very well-versed in ADA accessibility solutions, and we couldn’t be happier! We will stay with RNC & recommend them to our friends. Honest experienced professionals!

When the winter storm wrecked havoc on my water pipes and ceiling, I wasn’t sure who to call. After talking to some friends, I’m extremely happy with my decision to go with RNC! Dale was by far the easiest and best person to work with. I got him and my adjuster in contact and my work was done. Dale handled everything from the estimate of damage, to pictures and made my kitchen short term useable in the mean time. he and the crew were very professional and showed up on time when they said and left my home better then before. Came out and did a estimate. Spend a good majority of the time talking himself up. Which was fine. Did close up the hole in my ceiling that day so I had confidence that he was going to get the job done quick and right. That was beginning of august. My insurance needed him to do a more itemized quote and that’s where the trouble started. He had excuse after excuse as to why he couldn’t get to his computer to get it done. I understand family things come up but after 3 months he still didn’t have it done. He ultimately said he wasn’t going to redo the quote and basically quit after wasting 3 months of my time. I have special needs children and we could have gone with someone else if he would have just been up front. He was extremely rude on the phone in the end like this was somehow MY fault. Now the holidays are here and I still have no carpet.

I met Dale and his crew when damage from the freeze last year did extensive damage to my parents home. In fact, I was sitting talking with Dale about repairs to the home when the ceiling came down. Yes, literally came down around us. Dale and his crew spent the next few months ensuring that all of the repairs were complete to the highest standard. Dale also dealt with the insurance adjuster and made sure that all claims and invoices were correct so that we received insurance reimbursement for the entirety of the repairs.Also, Dale not only showed professionalism and knowledge, he exhibited empathy and compassion. Dale understood how difficult the situation was especially due to the fact that both of my parents have recently died and this was their home. Thank you Dale and RNC for your perseverance and dedication!

I've been shopping around for a hip roof to be added to our home. I reached out to multiple companies all of them advised me of what they wanted to do for me even though I said I wanted a hip roof, the last one finally said that they will pass the project along to RNC because they weren't confident enough to take on my project. Dale and his guy came out the same day and listened to what I wanted and said with confidence "we can do it."Started the project immediately and we are pleased with how it is turning out. The crew that is working on my house are amazing and very respectful. Will be working with them for future house renovations.

RNC did a driveway and walkway for me so I can get around my home in my wheelchair. They also redid my concrete patio, everything turned out great and I was very pleased. He stayed in constant contact with me on when the work would start and be completed even with some bad weather days during the project. We added a living room to our house. I wanted it to look like it was build with the house and not just something added on. RNC just did the perfect job. My husband and I have had RNC handle two construction project at our home in Kempner. The first one was to replace a shower in our master bathroom. The original design by the builder caused a leak so we had to seek out a company to replace the shower. RNC did a fantastic job matching the original shower design suggesting small updates to enhance the appeal of the shower! We were impressed with the outcome! For the 2nd project, my husband and I were seeking to build a metal building for our RV and they met with us, listened to what we had in mind and made it happen! RNC again came through and did a fantastic job!! Thank you RNC!! We highly recommend this company!!

Tried to get an estimate on a bathroom. Showed up to my house and he spent an hour telling me how awful every other contractor is in town. Griped that my neighbor went with someone other then rnc to have some work done. It’s been months now since that experience but he never even bothered sending me an estimate for some simple standard work. I’m guessing their business model is to talk everyone down and not follow through with customers.

We give RNC 5 stars for going above and beyond this past summer during the renovation of our home...our granddaughter had been in a car accident and we had to modify our home for her and the wheel chair. Not something you do every day...RNC were such professionals in guiding us thru the process. We were met with compassionate and knowledgeable craftsmen. When we get guests now we get so many compliments on how unique our home is...and now they are back...my husband had an idea for a unique deck..RNC craftsmen are at it again with Aaron as the master with two talented apprentices. It is A wrap around back deck...that will be an out door living space. We are so thankful to having a good bunch of local guys trained in their craft to help us. Oh and ask for Dale and his crew...he was our project manager.

I called these guys in July to put up a shed. They quoted me top dollar which I was willing to pay, due to the fact they came highly reviewed. (Google) They said they would call me back in September when they weren't so busy. I had no problem with that and agreed. They never called, so I called back in March of the following year. They apologized, let me know that the price had gone up, and scheduled a phone call in order to schedule a new estimate. This should have been a red flag, but once again I believed the man and waited. They never called. I don't appreciate being lied to. I would rather they just told me they didn't want to work with me. I could have had a shed month's ago and gone through someone else.
