My house was hit by a drunk driver on Labor Day & my garage was destroyed. I have a lot going on in my life, I didn't really have time or energy to chase contractors around. I got several estimates and chose Texas Home Pro because they offered to take control of my whole situation and just live my life. They rounded everyone up and set to work rather quickly. However, we had no faith it would be done by Christmas. But, it was. Our garage was put back together, and my husband was in there "puttering" by the 15th! Most companies told us it would/could take up to 7 months due to work overload. THP didn't lie and say they would be faster or cheaper.. they just told the truth. It could take that long, but let's see..We hit one snag with communication on when the garage door would be installed and it was resolved quickly with a simple conversation.I was not the best customer. I asked a million questions, got angry sometimes, and was frustrated with the whole situation as I felt like every part of my life had been intruded on. THP and the contractors they sent me remained job focused, professional, and respectful in spite of my day of "Karening".The brick layer is an artisian!- I am forever going to be in awe of his skill. He even got my house address in the shape of Texas back up!- Will & his guys worked their butts off getting everything inside back together! Alex did a great job on electrical! Killeen overhead was fast on site! I appreciate all of the hard work that Jesse, Josh & everyone at THP did to try to help my family get our lives back in order. My house looks better than before. So, THP- THANK YOU. 😊

We are doing a whole house remodel and did not have a kitchen at all for many months. Texas Home Pro has built the most beautiful kitchen for us, accommodating our every choice and design desires. They truly put the customer first and have done a fantastic job. We highly recommend them and in fact we are now having them do several more areas of our house. They are terrific and take care of every detail. We love our kitchen!

We had a bad experience with a former construction company that did not do/complete the job that we paid lots of money for. We hired Texas Home Pro to come in finish and fix the mistakes that the other company made and they did and then some. Anytime we needed them they were on the spot with answers and assurances that they would make things right. We needed a hero or 2 or 3 or 4 and we got several hero's. Beau, Keith, Josh, Israel and crew and the best dang project manager in Texas Jesse!!!

Needed a estimate to put up 15 feet of chain link fence, all that was needed was 1 post 8 post clamps 2 flat bars 1 top pipe and 15 ft of fence the guy came out and yes no problem . So I get the estimate of $1464.00,so I emailed the person who sent the estimate and asked if he was joking did he get the wrong information. He said he would check and came back back with no that's according to our matrix,. I emailed back and said if you didn't want to do the job all you had to do is say so. He came back with oh we are willing to do it and I said I bet you do. So I figured it for myself. Material would cost about 100 bucks and if he paid his guys 30 bucks an hour and use 2 guys and gas and other miscellaneous things it should be around 250 maybe 300 not over 1400.00. So if you use this company be ready for an out rageous prices. I had a bigger job for them but since they quote small jobs so high they can forget it I'll take my business elsewhere.Well I guess this is how I can rebuttal your comments .I never said you weren't a legitimate business, I said you were over priced for very small jobs. Good that you pay your people above average but what's average anymore. A lot of your customers have insurance money so they won't complain about the price to much. I do think it's appropriate to complain write a negative review but if you can't handle a negative review then you should get out of the business. You say you have 30 employees and you can being doing up to 13 jobs aday that's stretching your people thin. I didn't read your reviews at all most of them have been gone through and only the good ones are kept I figured I seen your trucks through town so I thought I would call and who doesn't give FREE estimates everyone does, and I guess you think my time is worthless, and yes for a small job it was outrageous I'm not trying to pay all your employees on this job so yes I can and will write a negative review and it's not against your employee's it's against your management and your matrix. Once again I never said your company is dishonest and most of those happy customers were probably spending insurance money, it wasn't to high because it wasn't coming out of there pocket. The estimate I put on this post was paying your employees $30 an hour and I don't think you pay them that much. So get off your high horse and except someone thinks your small jobs are over priced .Have a nice day

We hired Jesse to perform various things in our house. He removed old tile backsplash and replaced with subway tile. He also repaired a leaky chimney cap, moved a light fixture and repaired some concrete flooring. He was the only contractor that actually kept his word and not back out of the job like so many before him did. He explained in great detail how he expected to complete each task. The most difficult task was to move our kitchen island over 18”. He was able to do so with minimal demolition which saved us $$$.The work he did was up and beyond our expectations and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to friends and family. He’ll be the first we call when we need more home repair or remolding done in the future. I originally called Jesse for an estimate to replace and repair some water damaged drywall in a closet. Luckily, he was able to come out the same day and take a look. He told me that the drywall was fine, as it was stable and strong. Went on to tell me he wasn't gonna just "take somebody's money" for un needed repairs. WHAT?!?!? Well come take a look at this pantry then!!! I wanted a wall removed, but it was load bearing and would be left with a post in the middle of the room. I asked if we could just redo the pantry, flipping the door and making it smaller. "Yep...no problem!" The quote was fast, and he was able to work around my crazy schedule. He even tolerated the "foreman", my nosey dog, Dallas. (I think he made a friend for life!) I can't wait until the next project!!!Service: Remodeling
