DO NOT use this contractor! Was given an estimate of $40,750 for sliding doors and windows in March 2022- gave contractor $20,750 check he cashed immediately. Fast forward Jan 2024- half of a refund and no product. We are out $10,700. Owner is full of excuses, could never show proof of order ever placed. Moving forward with lawsuit.

Was told I windows would take 2-3 wks to come in when I paid him over 10k/50% upfront. It has now been 3 mos, Ernest cant tell me when they will be in, doesn't follow up with me on the status, always says he will check and then never responds.

I had 10 windows replaced in 2021. Do not pay this company until the work is done and you receive the windstorm certificate. It’s been over 14 months and the owner avoids phone calls and text messages to complete the job and obtain a wpi8 certificate.

Called them to come out to the house to check a leak on a cover that was previously installed by their company 9 years ago. Was told to give my address and would get a call back to let me know when they would be available. Four days went by and nothing. Reached back out to them and again was told they would let me know when they would be available to come out to the house. Never heard from them. Keep in mind that I talked to the owner each time.

Our first experience with ALL STAR was in having vinyl siding put on our house at all locations where brick did not exist ... The quality of the siding is excellent and the installation contractors were very professional ... the material and labor warranties are the best in this industry as well ... BUT ... what sold us on choosing ALL STAR as the provider of this service was the financing provided (full contract price financed 0% interest for 12 months) ... the whole deal was a win-win-win situation for us ... SO ... When we needed a new roof on the house, we called ALL STAR ... we were considering a standing seam metal roof and we found that metal was only 1.5 times what a composition roof would cost us ... YET ... a composition roof held a 25 year warranty while the metal roof was warranted for a lifetime ... we had the standing seam metal installed with no regrets ... the curb appeal on our house is very becoming (we receive lots of complements) thanks to ALL STAR !!!
