Heritage Construction recently replaced my roof. Kevin Billings was the Heritage representative who put this project together. This experience was a good one. The crews were fast, efficient, and took pride in what they were doing. A complete tear off, repairs, new roof installed and clean up only took a couple of days. Mr. Billings was involved and present, returned my calls promptly, communicated with his foreman while construction was taking place. Heritage provided top quality materials for the job and answered any concerns I had. I might have saved a little money like some of my neighbors did but watching their construction projects grind on for several weeks, I was reminded that you get what you pay for. I saw what was installed on their roofs and was not impressed, day after day, as I drove by. The bottom line is that Heritage has good people easy to work with and they do what they say they are going to do in a short amount of time so your life has minimal disruption.

Heritage Construction Co. is awesome!Cody and Jason fully delivered on all promises made on my roofing job, I would highly recommend them to anybody needing service. From the start to the completion it took them 1.5 days, unbelievable! The dedication Cody had was unreal, constantly showing up in checking in with me and even helping the guys with the work till night fall. And the price was the lowest price I got from 2 other companies. The bottom line I couldn’t be more happy with my new roof and chimney! 6 stars from me not 5 totally went above and beyond my expectations.

The Heritage Construction Co. Representative Travis Parker worked with my insurance company to fix my roof after Hurricane Harvey. He kept the process simple and streamline. He was able to accommodate my schedule and personal requests reguarding the construction workers. The few discrepancies I had with the work performed, he did his best to solve them. I would use the company again for any remodeling, roofing or repair work.

I had a total roof replacement after hurricane Harvey. Kevan Billings was amazing at addressing all of my needs and concerns. I was floored by the work ethic of the employees. They worked hard and fast from sun up to sun down. So hard in fact, that they inspired me to work on some projects of my own that I had been putting off! If they can kick butt in the 100 degree heat for 12 hours, I really had no excuse to be a lazy bones after I get home from work. I waited to review until after we had a hard rain. I got 5 inches of rain last week and the attic is dry as a bone. The roof looks fantastic and I would (and do) highly recommend Heritage to friends and family.

Heritage Construction has the most professional project managers I have ever seen in a Construction company. They can work with most budgets as well as offer numerous upgrade options. They really are here to help the people in any way possible, even when the project is done, you still see them around making sure their clients are happy!

I was very disappointed with Heritage Construction. I had damage to my roof from Hurricane Harvey. I had two employees come look at my roof on two different occasions an told me I had damage and that they would submit a claim. They took pictures and I gave them all of the paperwork that was needed. After 6 months the claim had not been filed and I have not heard from the company. I would call and call and Heritage said they would get to it. I had called a third Heritage employee to have a look at my roof and explained that the first two did nothing and would not contact me for an explanation. The third employee assured me that he would take care of it. Again, months went by with no communication from Heritage. I would call once a week for weeks and all I heard is I'm sorry but I will get right on it and that Heritage was working on it. Finally the claim was submitted but it was past the year deadline and the insurance claim would not be paid out. I have even emailed the company thru their web site to get a response from corporate. I have not heard a thing back from Heritage. What a waste of time and effort.

This company has gone above and beyond to help the people in the Corpus Christi area, Rockport, Aransas Pass, etc. They are working tirelessly to tarp homes in the area, help people get their claims filed, and get to as many people as possible. Lack luster company. Do not work for or hire these guys. They dont pull permits, or even train their new hires. They will steal your commission for anything you sell and claim your client base for their own. They also use nothing but illegals to do your roof. Use at your own risk.

They take short cuts and don't stand behind their work. They failed to replace a leaking vent, which allowed rain water in and caused water damage. All they had to do was replace this $22 vent.
