We needed repairs on ceiling vents that were leaking. Reached out to Lighthouse Roofing based on previous Google Reviews. Upon calling, they were able to set up an appointment for the next day for a free consultation/inspection of the issues. We were able to see pictures of the roof and received a thorough detail of work that was to be completed. Received the online quote via email, approved, and they were out the next day to start the work. Work was completed within a couple of hours (removing old vents, installing new ones; adding sealant and new shingles.) Then they were gone - invoice with detailed photos of work completed, and invoice paid. It was simple. The process flowed smoothly and never did I feel like I was having to chase a contractor for a quote etc. Pleasant experience, good pricing, and will return as a customer if ever needed in the future.Services: Attic venting repairs, Roof inspection, Roof repair

We had a new roof installed and could not have had a better experience working with Paul and his crew. From our first contact with Lighthouse, Paul was quick to respond, thorough, informative, and honest. He inspected the old roof, provided a detailed report of what needed to be done, and gave us options to choose among. The quote was right in the middle of the six we received. I had a lot of questions, which he answered quickly and truthfully, telling me exactly what I should expect from the new roof. The work was scheduled immediately, they came on time, the whole job took just one day (!!), and the crew was quick and cleaned up everything afterwards. Paul and his team did an outstanding job re-roofing our house. Paul was friendly yet professional from the very first day. He never tried to upsell or push higher priced materials like some other businesses will do. He showed us 3 options from good to best and let us make the choice. He kept in contact from the start and was always willing to answer any questions we had or explain why something needed to be done a certain way. They were able to complete the job in one day except for an issue with the ridge caps (they were sent/delivered the wrong color/style). The next morning they had the new ridge caps and installed them in no time. You know how as the home owner you normally have to cleanup after someone works around your house? Not with Paul(lighthouse) his guys cleaned up everything just like it was before they showed up, if not even cleaner. Our home is insulated with spray foam, and did not have soffit vents. The garage also did not have soffit vents, but did not have attic venting or foam insulation. Lighthouse Roofing & Paul are the best. I had a leak from my vent in the master bathroom. I was expecting the worst since this was my first time dealing with this problem/issue. I was thinking I was going to need to replace the roof and all kinds of extras. He came out the following day after I made a work order to access the damage. We both went inside the attic and roof where he showed me first hand and explained how and why the problem existed. My roof jack vent had multiple cracks where the rain was seeping through.He completed the project that same day in a very short time. Saved me money and time giving me a peace of mind knowing the expected thunderstorms later that night was not going to keep me up changing out buckets like the previous night. Paul was very professional and prompt. He presented me with a fair bid and covered my chimney cap and chase, which was leaking water into my fireplace. Right after, we had a week of heavy rainfall, so covering it was very beneficial. After the heavy rains, he came by to install the chimney cap and chase, also repaired damaged stucco (probably caused by birds). After a recent rain event, my fireplace was leak free. I highly recommend Lighthouse Roofing & Exteriors LLC, for chimney repairs, this area is limited for this service, and will use them for roof repairs in the future.

I recently purchased an investment property in Corpus Christi that had a relatively new roof but lacked a WPI-8 certificate--I fully expected I needed to replace the roof. I contacted Lighthouse Roofing--to my surprise, their first move was to approach an engineer and see if the roof could get certified in order to save me the cost on re-roofing the property. Once confirmed we would have to reroof it, the Lighthouse team was fast in providing estimates, performing the work with exceptional workmanship, and used fantastic material and roofing system to complete the work. Additionally, they worked with the engineer to get the WPI-8 certificate we needed quickly to insure the property.
