I Just had my roof completely replaced with decking included. Tomas gave me an excellent estimate (I got three) and was definitely the best choice. I've worked with several contractors recently, and Mr. Montero was one of the best! His proposal was very detailed and his work was very detailed. He communicated clearly in the proposal and in person. He was very approachable and knowledgeable. I have a very old-style roof, and not all the roofers I got bids from really understood what they were looking at when they looked at my roof. Compared to the others, I could tell right away that Mr. Montero knew what kind of roof I had. He and the guys who worked on my roof were timely, courteous, and respectful. They did a great job cleaning up too. The WPI-8 certification came promptly afterwards. There was no part of the process that could have been better.
