I usually don't go to Home Depot because it is hard to find assistance. The last 6 times I have gone have been amazing. Sam has been of great assistance when looking for plumbing items. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. When I brought the exact pieces I needed to find, he told me that was a brilliant idea because it helps him locate it faster for me. Sam has changed my perspective of Home Depot completely because I can locate him to ask for help, and he will find it or have someone else assist. My trips have been quicker, and the lines have been fairly short.

I love Home Depot in Calallen, but the one on SPID was a struggle to get someone to come help me find what I needed on aisle 6-electrical. I found a total of 4 people in other departments and they each called/ messaged someone to come help me and no one ever came. Luckily an employee who I begged to help, assisted me in finding what I needed even though it wasn't his departments.

We didn't need any help with what we were buying, so we didn't have to wait for anyone. There was a good selection of everything we needed. We did not interact with an employee on the sales floor, but when we checked out, the young lady,Pat, who helped us, was great. She had awesome customer service skills, and she greeted us as soon as the customer in front of us completed their transaction. She was friendly, and it was just an overall great experience 👍.

Joe at Home Depot answered all my question drilling into brick. He showed me what drill bit to use and the best screws for the job I was doing. I wish every business I go to had a gut like Joe. Super job! Thank you!

So I normally have good things to say about this place. Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with a manager at the s.I.d location in corpus. When to pick up mulch for a landscape project with a wheelbarrow. The manager that came was a female manager named Randy. She handed the keys to the worker.(a very young female) she was having a hard time opening the lock. It looked like Randy was laughing at the young employee. So I asked if she could help her out because I was pressed for time. She said something under her breath. So I asked if she said something? She turned to me with a mad face and attitude and sad. (I’ll get right on it!) I was a little taken back by what I was hearing and witnessing! I turned to my partner and asked him if I was imagining things? He replied, (nope, she is giving lots of attitude) so that’s when I asked for her name and she gave it with more attitude and tone. I called the store as I was leaving to talk to a supervisor. She ended up answering as I could still hear that tone in the voice over the phone as well. I asked for the store manager which she replied with she was?! Not sure how she holds the manager position if you act like that.

Was in CC SPID store early last Sunday needing supplies for last day of painting project. Needed assistance from floor staff, who announced over intercom, but no one came to my aisle. Frustrated I went to Customer Service counter, and Shirley immediately jumped to it, found what I needed, and directed me to Lorraine at checkout. Both ladies were so impressive that I decided to get the HD card. Smiling and friendly, those ladies rock!

4th time I’ve come to home depot in the last three months and the employees are always standing around on their phones instead of helping load a big order. Managers always say they’ll fix it, and it never changes. Don’t waste your time if you need help.

I live a block from lowes but this home depot has been my new goto. Weekend workers at lowes are rude and not helpful and being a contractor I need to be in and out.

Kira is an absolute superstar as best Home Depot on Cambry Road.Ask for her and she will give you excellent customer service !She is extension 132I highly recommend using the Cambry Home Depot, because he’s gonna receive a lot more quality customer service than any other Home Depot I’ve ever visited !!

This is our local hardware store, we have 3 different accounts with Home Depot that we will be closing after our experience here yesterday. Would not honor posted sales price, Manager was very rude, went to Lowes and purchased the same lumber for less than it was listed and advertised at this location.

Home Depot Calallen used to really great with customer service etc. But lately they've dropped the ball. The employees seem so bothered to be working there. When you ask a question you start to feel like you shouldn't have. It's not all of them but it is for the most part the younger ones. Just doesn't make a good shopping experience.

It must be a corpus christi thing bc this Home Depot sucks too. Employees congregate to gossip instead of helping customers or working. Apparently, no one knows how to use their hand helds or more likely too lazy to. 2nd worst home depot I've had the displeasure of stepping into.

Usually I’m able to find what I need for myself and don’t require help from employees. Most of my visits, it’s extremely hard to find help. Yesterday was the exception. A young man named Robert in appliance’s was very attentive and took time to check on me. Jose in the door department was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He took time to explain the requirements to getting new exterior doors installed. I was very thankful for his help. I hope that they both get recognized for their great customer skills!!! It’s important to let your staff know they’re doing a good job.

Please add more people in customer service for returning.......You can find all garden tools and materials in this store at the same sorting others store. I never lost in home depot's store. The sorting materials are in the same fashion all stores and you can find your stuff easily.I am not sure why there is long waiting for returning all times, just there's one cashier for customers to return. I backed to store for returning something I waited almost 30 minutes in line

Very disappointing. I asked 2 different associates to call someone from electrical to help me find a light bulb for my oven. Waited 30 mins. And nobody helped me. Just went somewhere else to go get the bulbs.

I am so impressed with the customer service at this location. CJ was amazing and went over and above to help me and my wife. He went to the back of the store to find something that was buried in the back. This guy knows customer service and should be promoted for sure.Because he found it and worked to dig it out Home Depot made a huge sale!Thank you CJ, I am a manager for a large company and as soon as I have an opening I will be tracking you down. I want that dedication on my team!Whoever hired this guy did a great job!Thank you Home Depot!

Well 1st off you cannot be serious about a 4.2 rating for this place and their great service....I will spare you all the details of my experience., but I will say that 8 or 9 years earlier Home Depot passed me off so paid the balance of my account and left for a good while...so I finally opened up another account a year ago or so...well thats it for Home Depot..I will not go to the store and report that particular person...That's above my paygrade..lol.That person should have been trained better.Hey here's an idea how about hiring some middle aged and older people that know how to relate to others and have a little respect and consideration for the customer that pays your bills.....

I want to say thank you to a hard worker that helped with all my questions and concerns about a big item that I purchased at SPID location he was so awesome with answering all my questions with great and understandable answers. He works at the rental office or department inside the Homedepot. He the old gentleman with no hair. Lol I feel bad that I can't remember his name but he said he has been working there for over 20 years. Thank you sir for all your help.

I have never had a positive customer service experience here when it comes to returns or online orders. Tried to return flooring that ended up not being needed, and because the employee put the order is as a whole pallet instead of individual boxes, they WILL NOT LET ME RETURN THE FLOORING THAT'S NOT NEEDED. This is absolutely unacceptable.

It’s very sad how the customer service has gone downhill at this location. I ordered a product online I had viewed in the store an hour before. I got a cancellation notice that they were out of stock. Walked in and asked why it was canceled, and was told it was out of stock. I then showed the employee on the app the location of said items. I then simply pointed from the same spot we were at by the online pickup desk to the 2 large boxes with the exact product I ordered in the exact spot it was supposed to be. The box was 2x3x4 and hard to miss.
