TLC finished the interior of my new building. They did a great job. Iris was very helpful with the design and the finished project was better than I had imagined it would be.Leadership checked on the progress of the project in person on several occasions and always responded if I had any questions or concerns.The workers was friendly and polite.

Updated review: After post below the owner called me to apologize for miscommunication an verified email address. The email was written down incorrectly by his staff. He addressed this issue with and proper protocol also Tony was able to show me the email from original time he sent it out and for this I am increasing this company’s score. Although we did not go with them in the end, professional and common courtesy came through and that does go along way.Do not waste your time with this company. Had them come to my home for a simple bid. They stated it was a two day project give them a week to have it ready. Great. I waited for the personnel to get the bid ready, I called and she stated she had nothing they were running behind on bids. I was a bit frustrated but I was trying to be understanding so I called back another week to be understanding. Again sorry we dont have it! So No I am sorry something as simple as the BID an as simple as the project I had. Tells me your company is not worth it. Unprofessional!

Very unprofessional. I asked for an estimate for a pretty simple renovation project. In asking about the status of the bid, because the project is on a pretty tight time window, I was assured that they were working on the bid. Two days after the bid submission deadline, the estimator admitted that he had lost all of his notes and couldn't come out to remeasure until the next week. If these people can't be trusted to submit a simple bid and have any candor, how can anyone trust them to actually perform the work? I will never use or refer this company to anyone.

Not only did TLC Construction go above and beyond to make my idea into reality they surpassed all expectations. The staff was very respectful and they always had their work area clean and worked with my schedule. I highly reccomend TLC Construction no job is to small or too big . Very rude to the people who live in the neighborhood where they store their trailers. Put the trailets blocking driveways. This is at the property owned by TLC and used as an Airbnb and trailer storage at the corner of Lum and Kimbrough. They have sold the property since I originally posted this review. I'll also add that the owner was extremely rude to my 84 year old mother on the phone.

The owner was very unprofessional. The job was small and took over 3 weeks to complete. No communication as to why the job was not completed on time. For smaller jobs I would recommend anyone else. Left the area dirty after completion. Again not professional and lack of communication..Services: Paint indoors, Drywall installation, Drywall repair
