I used this company for a roof repair on one of our customer's homes that had a leak. The customer called back in a few months later, mentioning that the issue was still not fully fixed and a leak was still present. I contacted Roper's Roofing about going back out to check on the home. Roper's said they would go back out to check on this, but the customer claimed that they never received any contact from Roper's. I also called in a few times to check in on this and Roper's did not answer or call me back.Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Roof inspection, Roof repair
