Brandon Hernandez and the entire Cayne crew was fantastic. Every step of the process was super easy and quick; estimate to roof only took about a week and that was filing a claim with insurance too! He was super friendly and knowledgeable and helped us every step of the way. The crew was done by the middle of the afternoon and I was left with a beautiful new roof and no mess! They even chatted with the neighbors and made sure their yards were spotless too. 10/10 would recommend!!

Our roof was destroyed in the hail storms earlier this year. I knew Jason handled the roofs of several of my first responder friends. Jason did an inspection and made recommendations for improvement to prevent future damage. Their crews were on time, efficient, but more importantly they left our yard cleaner than it was before they arrived! I would highly recommend Cayne Roofing. At my first meeting with Alvin, I immediately was impressed with his knowledge and understanding of my concerns. I was comfortable with Alvin and his commitment to see our way through a warranty situation and to deliver his time and efforts to work with the manufacturer. It’s my understanding that Cayne Roofing is a Five Star contractor, and I can see why. Not only respected by the manufacturers, but professional in submitting our claim, is why I believe we were able to get all parties together. Once approved, Alvin organized everything - the material, the dates where it looked we had appropriate weather, and the crew to do an amazing job. From tear off (which was very difficult, and time consuming) down to the decking, spot repair of decking and complete “tyvek” wrap, prior to an excellent install of beautiful quality shingles and ridge vent. I cannot speak any higher of the entire process of working with Alvin. What an incredible asset to Cayne Roofing. I recommend Cayne Roofing to everyone, as it’s apparent I received an excellent experience, but I can’t imagine anyone not receiving the same. Cayne Roofing did an excellent job of replacing my roof, including installation of synthetic roofing felt, StormGuard leak barrier, pipe jacks, Timberline high definition shingles, new ridge vents and additional Air Hawk vents to improve attic air movement, matching color metal drip edge flashing, and painting all vents to match the shingle color. My wife and I are very pleased with the quality and color of our new roof. Chris and Eric are very professional and customer service is their top priority. Jesus and the "brothers" crew did a great job on the installation and debris removal. I was so pleased with the professional service and quality of the work, I hired Cayne Roofing to also install a new roof on my Mother's house. Again, they did an excellent job. After a recent hail storm in my area, I thought it would be a good idea to have someone out to look at my roof. The first company that I had been referred to kept rescheduling my inspection so I decided to see what I could find on google. When I called Cayne Roofing, they had a young man by the name of Chris come out to my home the same day. He found significant hail damage and he even helped me work with my insurance adjuster to get it covered. We scheduled my replacement for the following Monday and the crew was at my house at 8am and completely done by 4pm. I was very impressed with the professionalism and customer service of Cayne Roofing and I highly recommend this company to anyone having any roof issues.
