Excellent service! We found a hole in our roof and we wanted to get it fixed as soon as possible. They came out the SAME day we called, and not only fixed this one, but found more and fixed those too. The work was top notch and it was refreshing dealing with professional personnel that went above and beyond. Lower Bids Roofing arrived on time (7am) and immediately went to work. Due to possible rainy weather, they included extra crew. the crew worked straight through, with a short break and were complete by 2:45. A job well done and the cleanup was excellent. In addition, due to a previously scheduled trim, they assisted me in obtaining the POA architectural approvals. I would definitely recommend them for your roof replacement.

Had a leak by vent, called lower bid roofing David came out and checked it out. Found the problem repaired it and caulked all my vents. Said no charge, just give a call when I needed a new roof. This is old school service. Glad to see it still exist. Ask him if he needed some fresh yard eggs, said yes, gave him two 18 packs.Thanks David

We were staying at our daughter’s home when we noticed the kitchen faucet constantly dripping. It had been that way since they moved in back in October 2021. Also during a power surge a switch in the pantry burned out. We had Lower Bids Roofing come out to replace the kitchen faucet, soap dispenser and filtered water spout as well as the switch in the pantry. Jeremy was fantastic! Not only did he do the necessary repairs but gave us guidance on how to clean out our daughter’s dryer vent. Great company, great service and just a joy to work with! We plan to use them for items we need done in our new home. Looking forward to working with them again!

Five star service all around to include price, customer service, quality of work, and quality of materials. I contacted David to come out and quote me on a new roof. I was familiar with his work because he had replaced my parent's roof a few years ago. David's prices are extremely fair...he offers a finance option if you are looking for that option. After hiring Lower Bids, they were available to come out the following week.I was unsure on which color to choose, so Jeremy (David's son and partner) came out to my job to show me some sample shingles. This helped me make my decision more easily. The day before the install I was contacted by Lower Bids through messaging (great conveinent sevice) to inform me the supplier was out of my selected color, but they could offer an alternate brand that matched the color. I agreed to this switch. The next morning the crew showed up as did the shingles. To my dismay, the shingles were not the shade of brown I was wanting. When Jeremy arrived, I showed him. He agreed with me and said "I will take care of this." He left and the crew got to work taking off the old shingles. Around 1:00 Jeremy reappeared with the shingles I originally wanted in the color I wanted. He must of drove all around town picking up a few here and there until he got what he needed. Fantastic customer service. I was so pleased with Jeremy and the shingles. I plan on hiring them again soon to replace my fence.If you are needing a roof replacement, beware of those "storm chasing" roof companies. They pressure homeowners into filing claims and then they overcharge your insurance company. Plus they are kind of slimy. Filing a claim like this does not cause your individual policy to go up at that time, but collectively for your area everyone's insurance will increase over time. You can find quality roofers that charge very reasonable prices so that you can pay out of pocket. Lower bids quoted me a price that was not much more than my insurance deductible would be. I also received a quote from one of those storms chasing places and they quoted me double what David did.Go with Lower Bids Roofing!

Project included complete replacement of 30-year-old roof and trim (soffit, fascia...). Broken and rotten deck material was repaired and replaced, roof ventilation was upgraded, complete overhaul of chimney was done. All wooden trim was completely removed and replaced with new, made of engineered wood, matching exactly original design. Caulking and painting of newly installed trim were done professionally with attention to every little detail, resulting in great appearance and excellent protection from wet weather. New flood lights, light fixtures and outside plugs were installed, this included running new wires in the attic and re-wiring of existing switches inside the house, as they were not up to standard. All windows were re-caulked, cracks in brick veneer were repaired.Every step of the project was very well planned, coordinated and executed. High-quality work, not affected by extreme heat (105F) outdoors. Excellent communication, professional and friendly crew, always on time.Special thanks to David, the owner of the company. He made entire process seamless. All questions were answered and explained well, and all concerns were addressed with high professionalism. Everything that was discussed and promised during planning stage, was delivered with high quality and great outcome. We needed a roofer to cut a hole and install a vent for central heat. The sweet lady that answered my call, she got my 100 year old grandma in that day. When Mr. Jeremy arrived that afternoon, he greeted us with a smile and kindness. I introduced him to my grandma, where the two talked about their faith. He wanted to bless my grandma, we excepted. Fast forward to today, Mr. Jeremy showed up on time, got to work getting us up to code and giving a professional work that they give everyone the photos speak for themself, he treated our family like his own family (you don’t see this kind of company anymore) we offered to pay but Mr.Jeremy would tell my Grandma he is doing the lords work, wanted to bless her and was happy to help her out.
