I regret ever using TeamCo Services to reroof my home! In 40 years of home ownership and dozens of contractors, they are the worst. It took more than 10 months after I first paid Terry Smith to get the work finished. I had originally just asked for an estimate for a cover for my pergola. Terry insisted that I had hail damage to the roof too. That started a very long back and forth with having to make repeated calls for TeamCo Services to do the work they had agreed to. More than 42 text conversations and 38 phone calls later the job was finally completed. I had every excuse from vacations, to death in the family, to a graduation, to the crew had a wreck, to no one is calling me back. Working with TeamCo was a great experience for us from start to finish. We had the pleasure of working with Tim Smith. He is calm, respectful, knowledgeable and always available to answer any questions. He goes above and beyond to handle the project from: filing the claim, being on site while working with the insurance adjuster to ensure all damages are seen and covered, to overseeing the installation of the roof and his crew, as well as magnetizing the yard for a final time to ensure no nails or debris is left. My husband and I were able to sit back during this whole process while Tim made sure the job got done with high standards. We have over a 3000 sq ft home with a steep roof and the install was completed in one day! Glad we chose TeamCo and recommend them to those who are looking for a new roof.

I called and spoke to a couple roofing companies before a friend from work told me about TeamCo who recently did their roof. So I called and spoke to Tim Smith and he inspired my confidence from the beginning. They came out quickly and did a VERY comprehensive inspection on the hail damage from last Spring. He worked with my insurance agent and I had very little to do with all of it. I would recommend his services to anyone for their roofing/contracting needs.

Terry Smith is a ConMan he received the first check from our insurance company that I signed over to him then said he would come back and do the other $11000 worth of work. Unfortunately I believed him, it was a year before he answered any of my messages and only after I threaten to sue did he come back and give me a whole bunch more lies he finally put our windows in after two years and never came back to do anything else he told me the reason he couldn’t do it was because he used our check from the insurance to pay for someone else’s remodel.Service: Roof damage repair

I had a great experience with Terry from Teamco. He was able to help me get my roof claim approved through my insurance. Teamco put a new roof on my house and a new fence in my backyard while saving me money on my insurance deductible. The crew installed the roof in 1 day and it looks absolutely wonderful. They have done several houses on my street and they all look great. I have recommended Teamco to my neighbors and would recommend them to you as well.

Terry was excellent. I submitted a request on the Thumbtack app for a quick fix on my roof. Not only was he the most responsive to messages, he was also by far the best value. Several other big companies messaged me and tried to hit me with “minimum charges for labor” of $250 or more. Terry charges per the job on a case by case basis and was more than fair. He also freed up earlier than our scheduled appointment time, and since it was just a quick small job, asked if he could just run by my house to fix the issue and bill me via PayPal. I agreed, and within 20 minutes I had pictures of the fix and a paypal request from him! Best customer service I’ve ever seen! Thanks again Terry!

Cannot speak to a new roof from them as they have not put one of for me. However, as a neighbor in between two TeamCo roofs I am extremely unhappy with their clean up process. After both roofs that went on I have found numerous shingle wrappers, old felt, and pieces of shingle scattered throughout both my front and backyard. On one occasion an employee simply watched as the wind brought a wrapper over into my yard and then went about his business with no intent to clean it up. This sort of business practice does not bode well with me and due this simple experience with them, I am highly unsatisfied.

Good customer service! Tim called and walked me through filing a claim with State Farm. He explained the entire process. He was here the day the adjuster came out just in case there was any question. His crew did a great job! They made sure that everything was cleaned up at the completion of the job.

Worst experience ever.. Very untrustworthy. I post this in the hopes that nobody else will get scammed.I posted this request to get new windows, when Terry came to quote the job he immediately started talking about a new roof and basically forgot the windows. He said if we did a new roof, he could do the windows for free because he would overcharge the insurance company and also I would not have to pay a deductible. Against my better judgment, I said ok and he went up on the roof, looked around and said we defenitely needed a replacement. He was ADAMANT that we call my insurance company RIGHT THEN and he would do the talking. Then, he made me sign paperwork ensuring that the work would be done with him. He also put a sign up in the yard without asking but no big deal. So, we did and they came out a week later for the inspection. It took the inspector all of 5 minutes to determine that we did NOT need a new roof, even though Terry was on the roof with him, trying to sway his judgment. After all this, I was still wanting to get my windows done of course, and Terry said he would defenitely do them. We agreed on a price, type of window, etc. and he said he would order them the next day. A few weeks passed, no news. I called and sent a few text messages and he told me they were being produced and we were still all good. A couple more weeks, same story. At this point, I finally came to my senses and realized I would NOT be getting new windows and that I'd wasted my time.

They punctured a hole in my A/C lines while replacing my roof. The nails they used to place the tile punctured the line set causing my AC to burnout. I had to completely replace my AC. My husband called them, they said they would make it right no matter what and we never heard from them again.
