Elite Disaster Restoration Content Team was an EXCELLENT team who worked for me during my disaster in home. When they came in to my home in April - from the time that I met Kyle and team which consists of Bret, Brandon, Josh and Jack and they all took were diligent care of my property. Of course, there were incidents and items broken but, what I LOVE and appreciate was how they seems communicated 100% when there was a incident that happens or if I needed to be aware of anything - the honesty and respect they gave me as a property owner is well noted. We hired Elite Disaster Restoration to restore and repair a rental property that had been severely damaged by the previous tenant. He was a hoarder and the property was in abysmal condition. Almost everything (drywall, flooring, bathrooms, cabinets, paint, plumbing, electrical) in the entire house needed to be replaced. Josh was the project manager and did a fantastic, thorough, and professional job. He made it very easy for us to follow the progress of the repairs by texting photos to us since my wife and I are out of state. The house looks amazing and I commend your company for a job well done.

Don’t even waste your time attempting to work with the insurance adjuster they work for the insurance company not the property owner. After a massive amount of water damage we were told it would exceed the deductible for months. Once we hired Elite Disaster Restoration the claim was 140k. Beyond satisfied I would highly recommend them to anyone with property damage

I was told by the insurance adjuster my claim wouldn’t exceed my deductible so I hired Elite. After inspection and proper documents the claim was right at 170k. Without the help of a professional we would of been stuck with a massive mold problem not covered by insurance

After months of getting nothing accomplished I retained Elite to take over the process. Without knowing the ins outs you will not get anything remotely close to what your owed counting on the insurance adjuster. Do yourself a favor hire a independent restoration contractor that doesn’t work with your insurance company
