Great company. workers are responsible and hard working.Hill Country Roofing and Omar's team, are very professional, we had a hail storm at the end of April. I spoke with Omar for 45 minutes about various roofs and materials, he stayed and answered all my questions, not brushing me off like some of the other 20 contractors that came calling. Omar stayed and answered all my questions, while I didn't make my decision on Saturday, I knew I was going to retain Hill Country Roofing to do the work due to Omar's attention and knowledge to the customer. Omar's team spent a week here, I have a fairly large roof, but felt so comfortable with Hill Country, I had my house painted within that same week. What a difference a new roof and paint job do to a house. I also received a lot of complements from my neighbors. I would recommend Hill County Roofing and team to anyone. Matter of fact I have a friend that lives around the corner, he came over saw my paint job and hired Hill Country to paint his trim a new color.

It was sooo great to work with High Roofing and Omar! Omar came and gave us a free estimate to replace some roof damage we had after a hail storm. He was knowledgable and friendly and his team also was a great help. They worked with my insurance company and were able to get my roof covered and completed in a timely manner! High Country Roofing really came through for me!! When our house was damaged by a flood they came and took all the appropriate photos of damage and were extremely helpful in helping us understand what our next steps should be. They worked thoroughly and efficiently to fix the interior of our home so that we could breathe again. Meggie was patient and explained everything to us and worked with our insurance to cover the cost of damages. We had never experienced this before and it was great to have a team who knew what they were doing and alleviate our worries.

Omar with HCRR inspected my grandparents roof after a hail storm in Mineral Wells. At first we were hesitant because we had over 15 roofers knock on their door literally the day after the storm. Omar was the only on that was not pushy and forcing a sale on my grandparents. He explained everything and was even there to meet with our adjuster. Even while meeting with the adjuster he was not forcing a sale on my grandparents. We decided to give Omar a chance even though he isn’t exactly “local” because he was respectfully and very knowledgeable. I also checked all of their reviews on BBB. High Country Roofing & Restoration performed our repairs & damages from this year’s winter storm. From Day 1, the administrative manager, Meggie, gave very thorough details of what the process would be like from start to finish. By Day 2, we had an assessment of our home done by the owner, Omar. We could tell that Omar was very experienced because he quickly assessed our damages and immediately gave us a full view of what the entire process would be like. Everything was expedited on time, their mitigation company was professional, and the restoration crew was timely, skilled and respectful. We had never been through anything like this before, and the care given to our circumstances by High Country Roofing & Restoration was superior. We had hail yesterday in Katy and Richard came by to ask if we needed help. I’m so glad he came by because my dining room ceiling was leaking! Richard & Omar covered it up quickly to avoid further damage and with the storm this morning I am so happy they came by last night! These guys were very considerate about the Covid-19 guidelines and even asked before they handed me a business card. I am definitely having these gentlemen replace my roof!!!
