Kyle and his team installed a new warming drawer in my kitchen and had to retro fit it into an existing wall of a microwave/oven which was a bit of a challenge. They did an awesome job of making it appear it was custom built! Kyle and his team are punctual, very polite, reasonable and are not satisfied until the work has been completed to high standards. I would strongly recommend his Company to anyone looking for an honest, hard working team that can literally do anything. If you can dream it they can do it!I have already hired his team for some masonry work as I have complete faith in his work!

First of all - I don’t ever write these. Not enough time for it with a pair of jobs and 4 kids. But Kyle’s team is worth the extra effort.My wife and I flip homes. So, we interact with a LOT of contractors. When we had a leak in our shower pan in our home and needed to completely replace the shower - we chose Kyle and his team to do the work.Kyle's team is courteous, trustworthy, communicative, and competent. Kyle is a principaled business owner and it is clear that his staff really care about him.The work Kyle’s team did was excellent! Our shower looks GREAT. Throughout the project, we added some things (like any typical homeowner) - and Kyle was more than fair with us with the additions (this is an area where we have seen other contractors “cash in” because they are already on the project).Kyle also worked with us on payment timing to align with our insurance payments.I first met Kyle because I had a simple and urgent handyman need. I had called 10 different ones from a Google search. Kyle returned my call, showed up with a guy, and did the work before all but one of the others had even called back.We will use Kyle again on future projects. I highly recommend you consider him for your next remodel project.

A fair and LENGTHY review.KRC was off to a good start, they were able to get us on the schedule quickly seeing as we were on a tight time crunch and our best friends just did a major Reno as well, they came highly rated.Kyle is a very nice gentleman. He, himself, was in constant contact with myself (Krystal) when we were planning and picking things out. My husband was not apart of the remodel since it was a crazy year for oil/gas.Enjoyable to be around, a very calm and relaxing presence.This review is in no way a reflection of my opinion of him.I think KRC is trying to take on too many jobs and rush on the jobs he currently has running. Now, I’m sure this is true for every entrepreneur. Making money is the real end goal.I would say the work done, given our strict time frame, was good. I would say the majority of the work was done correctly, but there were so many little things that were “skimped” on that it does leave me and my husband feeling short changed.Once again, we really liked Kyle but we think that his “crew” could use a little restructuring. A list of the issues/annoyances/bad work are as follows:1.) We had new counter tops placed and they were shorter than what was originally there. When placed you can see the makings from the orig countertops. Seems like they should have sanded, textured, and painted these areas. We let them know and 7 months later they had a company come out and half way fix one part of the issue.3.) I had given Kyle and his main guy the specs on the kitchen sink we wanted. He looked at it, I stood there as he measured, and was told that would be good. If you haven’t remodeled before there is a 25% fee for Kyle ordering things, standard for most companies. However, I can order all the things we needed and save money. Anyhow, the sink got here and miraculously didn’t fit. The sink we HAD to get at this point is something I hate about the kitchen. Everything slides to the middle. We had built a home from the ground up and i had same prob so i wanted to avoid that, kids broke tons of cups from the slope. The sink I had gotten, I specifically made sure there was little to no slope. Then lol they had to cut the cabinet doors to make said new sink fit. They cut them in half, tried to repair, and they look AWFUL! You can see the line where it was cut and the paint job…. Let’s just say I am SO HAPPY WE FOUND OUR OWN PAINTERS!!!! KRC was insanely high and our friends outsourced for a painter as well. We had the entire house on the inside (walls, ceilings , baseboards) done at half the price. So we had major water damage due to a hurricane and tried using Kyle Roth construction. Their take was that insurance would not cover roof damage but that they would cover mediation. They wanted us to pay them first, then the insurance to cover everything else rather than as a single claim. My agent just wanted a completed estimated invoice of what would be needed. Mr. Roth was very rude and said that’s not how it works. He basically wanted an open-ended job where we were getting double dipped between paying our deductible and him as well with no actual list of what all would be necessary until they get started. He was rude, stand-offish, and made it very clear he knows better than my agent how insurance works. He refused to give us a basic invoice and after a very unprofessional conversation, he passed on the job. This is after over 2 weeks of waiting for him to make time for us in the first place. For a contractor to refuse to do the work asked is a giant red flag. Happy to write off a company like this.

Kyle Roth Construction renovated the kitchen and a bathroom in my home, and I could not be happier with the results! The craftsmanship is exceptional, and I was amazed that they actually finished the job within the time frame given. They are definitely professionals, and I would recommend them to anyone looking the remodel, or even for new construction. These guys can do it all!

I called KRC Construction for repairs after "The Freeze". They were very professional, courteous,and friendly in the way the conducted their business. The finished product, our bathroom remodel is beautiful. They also did ome electrical work for is. Kyle, the owner’s, team was polite and cares about the quality of work they were doing. The job was larger than they anticipated in replacing window pane trim vinyl and painting. They saw the job through and we are pleased with the work they did for us.
