Mighty Dog Roofing installed Christmas lights for us, as well as gutter guards. Our entire experience was nothing short of amazing! After reaching out and requesting an estimate, we were quickly provided with multiple options and prices. The project started very quickly after we selected our options. Installation was done very well, and the employees were extremely helpful during the entire process. Our Sales Rep kept us in the loop the entire time. Highly recommend.

The folks at Mighty Dog did this gutter job because at the end of last year they also replaced my roof’s asphalt shingles with EDCO Products metal shingles, 2 types of underlayment and also repaired my roof’s decking. For all that effort, their work was excellent both in quality of installation and in providing everything they said they would provide. Therefore I had them add new gutters on my fascia and like before, their work was excellent! The color match to my trim was better than I’d hoped for and the install quality of the gutter system was without error.I have another project I want them to now provide, namely replace my cracked driveway. In MY opinion, you can’t go wrong with these folks when you hire them to work your projects. I am so very pleased.

The process was explained thoroughly by Dominique Reed. The visuals provided help me understand what it should and would look like. Response to any questions or requests I had were done quickly even after the job was completed.I also bought solar through this vendor. It took several months to get my application and service for the solar completed. My landscaping was damaged during the roof take-off and I am still waiting for that to be corrected. Mr. Reed made attempts to have this done before and after he left the company. I am disappointed that I needed to amend this review but I do not feel the job is complete until all of the concerns are addressed. As I said in my last communication with you all...just make it right please.Service: Roof installation

Mighty Dog came out to our home to fix an issue that we had with our roof. They came out the same day and provided an estimate for the repair within a few days. Work was completed at a reasonable price and the work looks great. Would highly recommend Mighty Dog for any roofing work needed.

Hunter was very professional and the crew that did the job was thorough and cleaned the whole site up. I made an appointment about a month ago to get a roof inspection to see if I needed a roof repair or replacement since my roof is older.Mr. Reed showed up without a ladder to do an inspection. When I asked how he could inspect my roof he said someone else does that. What?? What a waste of my time. I called the office and spoke with Chastity who said she would schedule someone else and not surpdisingly no show and no call.I do not understand why anyone would use this company.I see the ladderless inspector Mr Reed has posted his own review that he had a roof put on and now he is working for them.This was a week ago so maybe they needed some positive reviews as he has been mentioned in reviews going pretty far back. Pathetic..

I wasn’t going to leave a review but now I literally can’t believe this company so I will for the sake for future customers. I put my info in on their site Monday for a gutter quote- they immediately start to call, text, and email me to schedule an appointment and so I did for Tuesday morning at 7AM (their scheduled time they gave me). Not only did they not show up for the scheduled appointment but they also didn’t bother to call and say they are running late or need to reschedule. I didn’t hear again until about 8:30PM on a text message (unprofessional, after business hours, texting a customer at night?) from an employee asking if we could schedule an appointment. I informed this employee that I am no longer interested and they didn’t even show up for the one they scheduled, no I do not want to schedule another; she replied and said okay, thanks, and good luck or whatever else it was. Now (it’s Wednesday) and I am getting calls from this SAME employee I texted with last night. I ignored the first one because I was not available and she called again (like what), so I ignored it again. She then texts me and says that there’s an employee at my house waiting to so measurements. What?! How ridiculous. I literally said the night before we are no longer interested because you can’t show up for a scheduled appointment and now you have someone at my house unscheduled. She claims she never got the message where I said no, which she did because she replied to my reply, but even if, I DIDNT SCHEDULE a second appointment. In what world do you just show up to someone’s home unannounced?! My goodness, the unprofessionalism is killing me.
