Our bathroom flooded back in September. PDR was the 1st to come out and start mitigation. Kareem was great to work with and asssured us everything would be fine and walked us through everything. On October 20, 2023, we entered into a rebuild contract with PDR that had a completion date not to exceed January 25, 2024. We should have known by how long it took to provide us with a quote to look elsewhere but since they were going to deal with our insurance and take care of everything for us we still hired them. For the next few months we had to walk over broken concrete from where they tore up our tile but didn’t sweep because the guy doing the tile was always supposed to be out the next day. We also had vinyl flooring installed but not completed for multiple months. Throughout the winter I asked Candice when they would be putting insulation in because the bathroom was so cold and right next to our daughter’s crib which was also next to the wall and door they left unfinished. After our tile was finally completely finished I noticed it was still 10+ degrees colder in our bathroom but I was told that was because of the tile and promised that insulation was installed. My husband finally had to get his own camera to look inside and confirm that there was no insulation ever installed and we were lied to. So PDR had our tile guy come back out and spray in insulation which we agreed was fine (after not having a bathroom for over 4 months at this point). Somewhere during this time they told us our second payment was due so I asked for an updated invoice. After not receiving it for about 2 weeks I finally received it and noticed that there was a lot of stuff still on there that we had removed. It took about a week to get that semi updated from Candice and Friday at 4:57pm she emailed over a payment form (payment was due Wednesday). I couldn’t complete it in 3 business minutes (nor did I honestly know it was there because after weeks of waiting I stopped looking) so I decided to wait until Monday morning. Well they cancelled our 8am Monday contractors because it wasn’t paid in 3 business minutes. Fast forward to January, because no one was sent out after the payment issue, where we had been done with tile and seen no one for weeks we were told the painter would be out on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th but no one showed up until the last week of January. We were told paint and trim would be about 3 days but it ended up being almost 3 weeks and was still never completed. We finally had to dispute the charges with our bank because nothing was getting done and after waiting another 2 weeks for an updated invoice, we still didn’t have it and the 1 we did get still had charges that were supposed to be removed prior to the 2nd payment and additional charges from the tile guy. We asked for a break down of the charges but were never given them. We have to assume it was them charging us for the insulation machine rental and insulation. We gave them a week to finish the job that they failed at. However, because we could never get Candice to correctly update our invoice, we were owed a few thousand dollars. Debra stepped in and said that she would release the money back to us the day after we reversed our dispute and the funds cleared their bank and that their bank was sending us a form that we needed to fill out to reverse the dispute. We never did receive that form but after signing that contract, Debra then changed it where she would not give us our money back until the 45 day dispute period was over. We were given our money back at the end. It took 7 months to complete a bathroom remodel that didn’t even include a new vanity, mirrors or fixtures. They recently had a ton of negative reviews (7-8) removed from Google about holding people’s property and money from them. They are also having family members leave positive reviews for them. Please be warned and informed about this company.

Very professional technicians came to my home and introduced themselves. They completed a thorough inspection of the water damaged areas, and explained the work needed to be performed. They protected the areas that did not have any damage, which I was very appreciative. They completed their work in a timely and professional manner and to my satisfaction. They cleaned up all the damaged materials and hauled them away. Again, to my satisfaction. I am completely pleased with their completion of the work they performed and would not hesitate to use Property Damage Restoration Services again if I ever required their services again.

Property Damage Restoration Services of Texas helped our customer in the Coles Crossing Subdivision Cypress. Gerald and his team went above and beyond with their great services.The customer was going out of town unexpectedly and was very stressed on time getting to the airport when they noticed their carpet and trim was soaked from an unexpected leak. Property Damage Restoration provided their services and took care of our customers home when they were out of town and had everything cleaned, dried, sanitized, and put back together. When our customer returned home, they were very pleased with the services and the care and trust of their home.We will be recommending Property Damage Restoration to all our customers, friends, and family.

Well I wish I were able to give a complete review but I wasn’t able to get them on the phone! It would have been great to be able to get a person on the phone but pretty much imposable! For three days I called several times a day but was never able to get a real person on the phone. I ended up using another company. Not sure what the problem is but you may want to take this into consideration. My time is valuable to me and I needed them give me a quote. I know in a month or so PDR will reply and say they are sorry! That really dosen’t help me, now does it! I would steer clear of this company, if I were you!! You may not be able to reach them when you need to!

We are very pleased with all of the services we have received from PDR Services and highly recommend them. They came quickly to our house to start the remediation when our hot water heater broke and flooded our house. We had an assessment of the damage within hours and they were able to help us start our insurance claim. Their rebuilding side of the business has been excellent too. Their contractor worked with us and our insurance adjuster to make sure all of the needed repairs were included in our settlement. Repairs went smoothly. Communication is great. If we had questions or concerns they were addressed quickly and professionally. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.We would not hesitate to use them again!

So I didn't actually have this company come out to do mitigation or check the property because the person I spoke with on the phone sounded great at first but the day of my scheduled visit called and cancelled the appointment because his team didn't show up for work. I understand that things happen but rather than telling the customer that your staff is made up in part of lazy no shows you should say another job is taking longer than expected. I appreciate the honesty but it lost them a customer.

Amazing company! I worked with them when I had a flood caused by my fridge. They worked with insurance and got me so much more than they were willing to offer just to me. Quality workmanship and very professional. I felt perfectly comfortable with them in my home even when I couldn't be there.In the April 15, 2016 floods, they saved me once again. Got to my house as soon as they could bail their trucks out and saved me a lot of damage.I can't say enough great things about this company!

The Property Damage Restoration Services team came to our rescue quickly when we had a hot water heater to burst in our home. They were called and within a couple of hours they were at our home to assess the damage and went immediately to work.Mark Angerstein and Jorge were here everyday to evaluate the affected areas . There were others on the team that helped in making sure that everything was drying out . Each time they cleaned up after checking the areas. What I truly appreciated was the fact that they would call me each time and would be on time.They were very polite and professional. I just want to personally thank PDR for their service during a very inconvenient situation that arose at our office. From the time of the onset of the damage to their arrival, which was literally less than 2 hours. Mark came in and immediately started the mitigation process, he and his crew were very courteous and professional. Gerald, the owner, stopped by the following day and further reviewed and assessed our situation and was here until late that night, keeping me updated. Jody and Candice both came by and compiled all of the information to continue with the reconstruction of our damaged office areas. Roberto and his crew were amazing at completing the reconstruction with minimum disruption of our operation. Justin handled tying up all of the loose ends and made sure we were satisfied. I cannot thank Gerald and his organization enough for all of the attention they provided us during this process. We had a fitting bust in one of our upstairs bathrooms. It was a total disaster as the entire downstairs flooded. The plumber came immediately when we called and he recommended we get PDR Services out there. I called and they had a team out within the hour. Since we live in a townhome, our neighbors were directly affected as well. The team from PDR led by Travis, went over everything and explained what needed to be done. They were very professional and got started right away. I had tons of questions and kept them pretty late (about 9:30pm). I know they were tired from working all day but they worked hard to get the project started and were very patient with all of my annoying questions.Over the next few days Travis kept us in the loop and answered all of our questions. His team worked extremely hard and efficiently to demo our drywall/flooring in order to get the drying process started.They worked with the neighbors and got them taken care of as well. My thanks to Travis and PDR for making what was a terrible situation, just a little easier to deal with.Thanks again to the team: Travis, Justin, Jerry, Frank, and Candace. Much appreciated.

We had a pipe burst in the ceiling over our laundry room. We used PDR Services again because of the excellent job they did when our bathroom tub had leaked throughout our bathroom & into my son's room. It was a big & messy job! We trusted PDR to do another job for us. Part of our ceiling had caved in and water had spread throughout our wood cabinets above the washer and dryer, and down in the walls. It had been leaking, but unfortunately, we didn't notice until part of our ceiling caved in. PDR dried & repaired the damage. Also sanded & revarnished our cabinets. Very happy! I felt comfortable the job would be done right. Very professional and fast response. I do recommend this company.

Our water-heater let go from our attic at 6am on a Saturday and my husband called PDR and they were at our house by 1030am. Jimmy and his team did a great job at keeping the holes in our ceiling and walls to a minimum to dry everything out. I would highly recommend PDR to anyone who needs a help from water damage.

My home was flooded by a pipe, I assume. Gerald came to my house as quickly as possible. Professed promises that he would make what was wrong... "right"He did no such thing. He stole the contents of my home (furniture, personal items) while I was at work. When I notified the police, they investigated and it has taken them time to find fault.My neighbors assumed when the moving trucks pulled up to my house that I was moving. I was at work. Gerald Alldredge stole every content from my house.I located my items at a storage facility, he then had the gentleman fired for disclosing that my items were in fact stored there.I will not stop until my items are returned. Ever. Or before HPD finds out he and his family are criminals.*They are a family company with no concept of FAMILY VALUES*
