I’ve used Kevin and the Shingle Hut team for several roofs over the years and I won’t ever use anyone else. If you want a well established roofer that will help you navigate the insurance claims process, provide top quality work, is focused on customer service and will do all that at a fair price… you want to use Shingle Hut.These guys are super responsive and follow through. We have a very large roof and they were still able to knock it out with precision in a day and a half. Afterward they took special care to clean the site and make sure that old shingles, trash, and nails were removed. We have kids and large dogs, so ensuring no nails were left was very important; I was very happy with their cleanup!When it comes to navigating insurance claims and HOA boards, things seem to get more complicated every year.Kevin help me every step of the way. Kevin was very thorough with the documentation process and explanation for the submission of the claim. His team did an amazing job and completed the work in one day! They went above and beyond the scope of work and kept the same price on the invoice. I had a 20 year roof replaced by shingle hut. While the roof itself seems to be well done there were a few things I was disappointed in. My AC was not working after the roof was complete. I am glad I caught it and turned the AC off so it would not burn the motor out. Turns out the AC line was punctured by a nail when the shingles were put in. The AC company had to run a new line from the outside since it was not possible for the roofing company to remove the shingles to give them enough room to fix the old line. Also I had wanted to have my bathroom exhaust to be vented outside instead of the attic and they said it was not possible.Note: I did pay for the roof out of pocket and this was not an insurance claim.

I highly recommend Shingle Hut. They were fast, honest and did an excellent job.They responded quickly and helped us navigate the insurance process and were always available to answer questions. Once the claim was approved, they were out right away and completed the work quickly. They worked hard to cover and protect our AC units, patio furniture and landscaping from debris. When they were finished, they cleaned up everything and went through the yard with a magnet to make sure there were no nails left behind. Shingle Hut came out to my suburban home. Met with a very kind and knowledgeable roofing contractor, whom was BEN W. the owner operator of his company. Ben provided an immensely informative and educational presentation, the kind I believe every homeowner should receive. I’m very thankful to him for that. He took his time and explained the components and materials for my roof replacement project. Also, a really huge plus, Ben does not use roofing subcontractors. All roofing contracts are completed by company employees. This alone sets Ben and his company apart from so many companies in the roofing industry today. We contracted Shingle Hut to install 2 Attic Breeze solar fans and I was very pleased with the process. We made an unscheduled visit to their place of business and were well received by Martin and Diane as we inquired about Shingle Hut and their business model. Ben Williams scheduled a visit the next day and inspected our roof. He spent a lot time explaining their process and how an existing solar fan was incorrectly installed along with the current condition of our roof. Carmelo removed the old solar fan, professionally patched the hole, and then installed both Attic Breeze solar fans. Ben and his team at Shingle Hut took excellent care of our roof replacement. Before we purchased it, we were given a few quotes to choose from to pick the installation plan and price that was best for us. Ben thoroughly explained the process and the product. They scheduled it based on our availability and finished installation and clean up in a day and a half. Our new roofs quality is hands down much better than the builders shingles. They installed a fan in our attic and put roof vents up, even above our garage! I had a roof leak and called 3 different companies to come out and provide estimates to repair the leak. The first company that came out looked at the interior of my roof from the attic, but didn't even bother to go on the roof to inspect for any other possible damage. The second company I had come out didn't impress me at all. They looked at the leak and provide a verbal price to repair, but no details or explanation of what they would be doing.Shingle Hut (Ben Williams) came out and performed a very thorough inspection of my roof. Ben provided a very detailed explanation of what needed to be repaired and the cost. Made me feel comfortable in dealing with them. The roof replacement was fast and easy. Took them only 8 hrs with a full crew. When they left, our property looked as though they were never there. Greatly pleased with that fact. Not only were they fast, friendly and knowledgeable, but the replacement price was also good. We had the pleasure of working with Ben Williams of Shingle Hut Complete Roofing Services. Based on other good reviews of this company on NextDoor, we decided to contact Shingle Hut to fix a leak in the roof. From the moment I initially contacted Shingle Hut to the time I paid off my invoice, the service they provided was completely seamless and pleasantly easy! As far as getting the job done was concerned, Mr. Williams was brilliant! I was able to get the initial appointment very quickly, the problem was diagnosed quickly and a very competitive estimate provided straight away. A later appointment was scheduled to get the work done, and on the day the repair crew showed up exactly on time and problem solved! I have on purpose delayed this review as I wanted to see whether the leak was repaired right and a few weeks later, I have not noticed any further issues despite some wind/rainy days. I would like to thank Mr. Williams and Shingle Hut for an awesome job, and I definitely would not mind recommending an honest and customer-care oriented company like Shingle Hut.
