The team showed up bright and early at 6:30 and were done by 3pm or so. Had a couple of minor follow-ups but nothing major. Had them addressed the following day. Nathan was the area manager and was super easy to work with. No pushing, just very responsive and wanting to make sure we were happy. Sent lots of pictures and timely updates. Great guy!

We were very happy with the work and patience Trevor and his team had with us. Our insurance company created a challenging situation for us to get approval. Trevor worked with us to help get approval on damages from a previous hail storm. We had been told from other roofing companies that they didn’t want to take on our fight. Trevor did most of the leg work taking the stress off of us. The crew came in and knocked it out in one day. Trevor and one of the owners stayed to oversee the project. Our house in Mills Branch (Kingwood) was hit by lightning several weeks ago. I could see some damage to the drip rails but didn’t know how extensive the damage was on the roof itself. I called Nathan after seeing several of their signs in the neighborhood. He came by the same day to check it out.We were blessed because only the drip rails and one ridge cap needed to be replaced.He came by to grab some paint and his crew stopped by today to knock it out.When I asked him how much I owed him he said “nothing. It’s what neighbors do for each other”. I certainly didn’t expect that but will gladly accept it. I don’t need my roof replaced right now but when I’m ready I will call Nathan. Everything went very quickly and smoothly. I worked with Trevor and he was always responsive and had all the information we needed. He helped me get the approval from my HOA pushed through, and handled everything he could.We didn't go through insurance and I felt like the cash price was extremely fair. It fell right in the middle of other estimates I had received, but Trevor actually explained to me how they came up with that estimate, as well as any other charges that *could* come up (none did), and so I felt more comfortable with signing that check than with some of the other companies I got estimates from.Roofing day was yesterday and he was onsight periodically during the day. The crew was really polite and nice while I had to run in and out of the house multiple times. They covered the pool and some windows and everything that could be damaged. They actually finished much quicker than I had expected (it's a large roof) and everything looks amazing. They cleaned everything up afterward and there wasn't any sign of all the work afterwards. Just a pretty new roof replacing the old shabby one!Would definitely recommend them to anybody I knew looking for a roof.

Can't say enough good things about this company. They were diligent in making the process as pain free as possible from start to finish. Big thanks to Tanner who headed up the effort coordinating everything between myself and the insurance company and everything in between. Even after several headaches from the insurance company, he stayed at it and got it done. The crew that did the hard work was a pleasure to work with as well. Super happy with the outcome and hopefully, if we are still here when the time comes again, they will be available to repeat the service.

This was a professional installation from the start. Their sales rep and project manager met with our insurance adjuster to evaluate the roof and I was able to receive partial insurance compensation. Before the work began, they completely covered our pool with tarps to avoid getting debris in the pool. They finished in one day, clean up included. I suspected I had hail damage on my roof and needed an inspection. I reached out to Skyline Designs Roofing and Restoration who put me in contact with Joe Guiterrez on their sales team. Joe showed up the next day inspected my roof and showed me the damage I had suspected via photos he took.Joe then walked me through the simple process and was extremely professional and answered all my questions. After a few days Joe and my insurance guy came by and got the new roof approved. Joe literally handled everything while I just sat back and signed a few papers. A few days later, the roofing team was out and completed my roof in one day. They brought my roof up to code and the works they did was excellent. Joe was out there watching every step of the way the whole day. They did a great job cleaning up too. Joe showed up the next day at 7am to double check the property for any left over nails.I hope I don’t need another roof anytime soon but if I ever do - I will be calling Skyline Designs and asking for Joe Guiterrez. Use these guys and ask for Joe as you will not be disappointed!
