As a new home owner in the Fort Worth area, I was very inexperienced in many of the perils that can damage a roof here. I was hit with a severe wind and hail storm that damaged the roof and even ripped off many of the shingles. I talked to a good friend of mine and he told me about Closure Contracting. From the first call to Jerrod at Closure Contracting, his professionalism and tremendous experience made me feel very assured that I had found the right contractor. He walked me through the whole process and took care of very bit of the claim process. The whole thing, from my perspective, was seamless. I felt so good about it that I decided to upgrade my roof to a class 4 roof at a nominal price since I only paid for the cost of the upgraded material. I ended up with a sharp looking class 4 roof with cobra vents that provide significant energy and insurance savings. My bank estimated a saving of $500. From start to finish, the best customer experience I've had in a long time, if ever, was working with Ryan and Closure. This company is hard-working, prompt, efficient, not to mention left me with a GORGEOUS roof. Ryan is an irreplaceable asset as he made it his priority to make us feel like his ONLY priority. His professionalism and knowledge was extremely comforting while walking us through this process (our first roof replacement) and at the same time time, presented himself as extremely down to earth and easy to communicate with. He was always available to field our calls and questions and made this first-time experience effortless and enjoyable(I've never been able to say that in a situation where an insurance company was involved). Absolutely floored by these guys' dedication to making this such a positive and unforgettable experience! 10/10 would recommend!!
