The product is easy to apply. It truly is made for the everyday user to apply and seal the roof of the RV. I'm very pleased with the product. However the best part of the experience was the customer service. Amber was very helpful from the first phone call to placing the order and then to the warranty. Overall a great Experience. Crazy Seal is a great product with a bad name. If you follow their prep steps it install very well. Preparation is key to quality install but their video's and pdf's make the process smooth. Product is expensive but if it holds up it will be well worth it not to have to do roof maintenance.

Well, it was a lot of work. But the alternative was to pay someone to do the work, and I was not willing to give up the experience of doing it myself with my husband as a cohort!The steps are simple, the work is actually simple, there’s just a lot of it. In between the rain storms we seem to have all summer long we managed to get it done and it is beautiful.We look forward to many years of no leaks and simple maintenance

I want everyone to know how impressed with Crazy Seal I am. When I spoke with Amber, she was a great help in getting the product I needed for my kit. Some people thought that at 70 I would need help, it did take me 3 days to complete the roof, but it turned out great and can't wait for our next season of going camping without worry from leaks.Thanks Crazy sealNelson Land

The process is explained well and Crazy Seal even provides a pictorial list of items you will need. Crazy efficient! Don't underestimate the rag's you'll need and just throw them away. A $10 bag of rags will be your friend.Followed the step by step process(watched the video a few times in advance waiting for the rightweather).The top coat not only looks amazing but I have a degree of comfort knowing Crazy Seal is above us.X

Love this product! It is simple to apply, just follow instructions. I recommend watching the online videos, as they are very helpful with how to apply this correctly.It took two days to complete, however I did not purchase enough and ordered more product to get the desired thickness that I wanted.Vernon was a big help when I called in to get more product. He asked questions and told me exactly how much more I needed for the desired coverage I was looking for.I did a complete remodel of a 1996 camper that had more hidden damage throughout than I care to talk about. After researching different roofing materials I decided to not apply the EDM or other roof membrane materials. Crazy Seal was the best choice for me and my application.I would highly recommend this product to anyone, and add the customer service is outstanding.V.H. Trenton, S.C.

The crazy sealed system was very easy to use!! Very detailed instructions,come out real nice if you have any questions they answer the phone.I also recommend if you’re going to do it take the air conditioner off and put a new gasket and seal up underneath the air conditioner it’s not very hard to takeoff just a few wires worth the time!!

I decide to replace Bathroom skylight that showed signs of cracking and both black vent covers that were getting brittle before installing the crazy seal. I followed the cleaning instructions along with taking time to clean the dirt from all old caulking that was going to stay (paint thinners work well). I used a caulking application tool with a triangular rubber end to draw in the crazy caulk on the sides of the roof. I masked and applied Crazy caulk and patch then crazy roof membrane making sure I removed the masking tape as I completed each section to get a crisp edge. I rolled the first coat and allowed to dry overnight I then Re-masked the front, sides and edges and applied second coat of crazy roof with a brush removing the masking tape as I went. Once dry rolled second coat of crazy roof.Total install with repairs was spread over 5 days working about 4 to 5 hours per day, the roof looks great, looking forward to many more leak free years

After much evaluation of roofing options for our 40ft 2013 Jayco Eagle Premier 5th wheel, I settled on Crazy Seal. Before I purchased I watched all the applicaion videos, so I knew exactly what I was getting into.Honestly, the prep and cleaning was the most tiring process. I wanted to be sure to get a good adhesion so I followed the instructions to the T. While I was doing it, I also replaced two power roof vents, the shower skylight and two holding tank vents. I decided I really did not want to have to go back up on that roof!I initially chatted online as I had a question about coverage. Vernon was who I was chatting with and he asked that I call him and I am glad I did. He advised me on how much material I needed as well as giving me the advise to do the first layer in one color and the second in another. I did the first in white and the second in tan. He also explained how to seal up the new vents along with other tips.My tip is do not be afraid to put it on THICK. Even after having alot of the first layer left over, I put the 2nd layer on really thick and still had leftover.Overall for a handy person, it goes pretty easy. I did apply it in July in Texas so I physically could only be up there until about 1:00 then it got too hot. It took me a total of 5 days, to replace the vents, skylights, holding tank vents, clean it, apply crazy caulk, crazy patch, the first layer of crazy seal and then the 2nd tan layer of crazy seal. It looks awesome, of course no one will ever see that. But I am 100% confident I no longer will have leaks.I would 100% recommend this to anyone!

This is the most amazing product ever!! I know why they call out crazy seal because you would be crazy not to put it on your RV or TT really they should just make this an option on all new RV or TT and if you buy used RV you really need to use this. I just finished my roof and I am blown away! Really I not kidding you need this stuff!!!

A great product and worth every penny. Although I didn't install it myself, the gentleman who did, loves it. It was the first time he had ever seen or worked with the product. I had no problem finding and ordering my RV roof kit, but then communications with the company got weird.I had 2 different people text me asking if I needed help ordering weeks after I had already received the materials. When I inquired with other questions, getting answers was like pulling teeth.Eventually, due to ongoing unforeseen health issues, I was never able to use my roofing kit for the RV. I hired someone to help and they talked me out of the direct to deck kit with very valid reasoning. So, I had an extra kit outside the 90 day return window.When I first reached out to ask if I could still return, their reply never came through to me. So when I replied to an older email, they passive aggresively sent a link to the return policy without answering the question. I am fine with a no, but not with how this was handled.All in all: Bad customer experience. Great sales team, but once you're a customer, hopefully you won't need to communicate with their team.
