My wife and I first used Dorsey about 7 years ago to replace our roof. Jeff was very helpful, and his crew did an excellent job with the roof and the cleanup. We get quite a bit of hail here in the Denton area, so I called them again this past March. Both times Jeff has been extremely professional, communicated well, and is now in my contact list. My project involved repairing and replacing siding on the exterior of the house. Then painting all the exterior, paintable surfaces. Brian Dorsey has been very helpful in the process. He came to the house initially, then with his subcontractor, and finally after the job was completed.He assigned one of his roofing teams to do the job. They worked efficiently in very hot conditions. The painters also did a thorough job.Communication throughout with Brian was professional. He responded within minutes after I reached out.

My husband and I needed a new roof due to hail damage in March. I called Dorsey's as they came highly recommended to me by our next door neighbor . Dorsey's replaced their roof due to damage from the same storm and it looked so nice. Jennifer Williams came to our home on April 22 and she was so professional, knowledgeable and handled all communication with State Farm. The roof was installed yesterday and it is gorgeous.

Roof replaced last year - looks great, although they did not replace the plumbing covers as stated in the contract. Also, metal roof replaced on patio is leaking. Salesman no longer responding and no response from messages sent through Contact option on website.
