Had to have work done on both Hvac and plumbing. They told me first that a inspection should be done first to evaluate everything to give me all work that needs to be fixed. Then quoted a price on all repairs and time frame. They showed me everything that needed to be done. Our experience with Faithco was positive from beginning to end. We appreciate them and the way they do business. From the first phone call to their office all the way through until the job being completed, they handled it in a very professional manner. Jennifer was great at keeping us informed, getting answers to our questions or putting us in touch with the right person who could do so. Faithco gave me an estimate on moving a fuse box from a closet to the outer side of my house and raising my telephone wire. I accepted their estimate. They then moved the fuse box and replaced it with a new one as well as raising the telephone wire. They also installed fire alarms in my home that contained 10 year batteries. My experiences with Keith, who did the estimate, and with all of the Faithco staff were very positive. They were easy going and polite. They were professional and took the time to explain what they were going to do and what they needed. All of this put me at rest and gave me confidence that I was dealing with a company that had my best interests at heart. I paid exactly the amount of the estimate. I plan to get estimates from Faithco on future jobs such as replacing my water heater as well. It means a lot to me when I have a company that I know will treat with honesty, care, and concern as well as doing an excellent job. Thank you Faithco!

Very friendly staff. Had a septic tank put in for full time RV living. J. R. , Cody, Justin were so kind & helpful. They did have to come back a second time to correct something that was supposed to be done the day of. But they addressed it immediately. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone!

I had a great experience with Faithco electric. I had two generator switches installed and the young men that did the jobs were veterans personable. They completed the task very efficiently after showing me what they intended to do. They showed me our process for using the new generators and cleaned up the area after completion. I intend to use the other services at Faithco as well.

The Faithco electrician Jessie was fantastic. He rewired our water heater switch panel that had been improperly installed (previous to us buying our home) which could have caused a fire, and got us safely back to being able to have hot water in a very short time! So thankful.

These two guys did a great job, figured out the problem and fixed it in a hurry! Cleaned up any mess and it works perfectly! Very satisfied with their work! 030424 Had the plumbing crew out for a different job on a hose bib which had frozen. These guys really knew their business, got it fixed and cleaned up the mess! We've had Faithco Plumbing out twice and Faithco Electric out once and we're convinced that all their crews are good and fully recommend their Company for any project or problem! I lost power in half my house today. I called Faithco as a guess and I am so glad I did. Meagan who answered was pleasant and thorough. She had someone on the way within the hour. The technician James Price arrived not long after. He knew exactly what to look for and had located a problem, not THE problem, within a couple minutes. But it did lead him to the solution. Bammm and DONE, 30 minutes tops!!! I feel safe in my home again. Thank You Faithco! I'm a fan and will call you again.

We had a pipe burst after hours and the Faithco people were great. JR and Justin made the trip and did a masterful job finding the source of the leak and fixing it. I was impressed, not only with their respectful, friendly manner, but how conscientious they were about taking care of our home while having to probe and cut openings in the cold. We will use Faithco from now on and suggest you do, too.

We had a pipe freeze in the attic and break. The guys that came out did a wonderful job! They showed up on time, explained things and got the job done quickly. They were polite and left every clean and tidy. If you need a plumber, do yourself a favor and just give them a call! I had an unrelated issue a week later with a downstairs bathroom after hours and go the same service with JR and he also resolved the issue.

We purchased a home with a FaithCo system in it six months ago and had an issue with the thermostat that the technicians ultimately were able to troubleshoot. The thermostat was replaced, and our system was back online quickly. Scheduling was easy. The staff at FAITHCO have been wonderful to work with, from their attentiveness to any questions we had to the professional level of work done.
