Everything went smoothly. The job was completed before 5:00 p.m. Looks great, all debris, nails and such was cleaned up nice. I went with ," NEW RUF" because of the effort and professionalism of Tyler, their representative. I had attempted to file a claim some months before for the damage caused by the storm that had all the tornadoes. Tyler came out several times to meet with the insurance adjuster and had all the right information for what ever contingencies I had available to me. ultimately, since It wasn't leaking, I opted to wait and fight another day. I'm glad I did because the deductibles for both replacements would have totalled over $4500.00. I was happy with the service and effort that Tyler put forth on my behalf and felt bad that it bore no fruit that time. So I was able to call him out and give him the business this time. Hard work and customer service seem to be outdated ideas these days but not here at NEW RUF. I highly recommend these guys for your next roof replacement.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from New Ruf! They handled everything from start to finish, including dealing with the insurance company. I really appreciated how they cleaned up so well afterwards - nothing left behind. Roof looks awesome. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.
