Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly team. The guy who did the initial measurements and estimate was also on the installation team. During installation, they found that the framing construction of my windows was not standard, and the windows flashing did not cover at the top all the way out to the siding. The owner of the company, George, came out and designed a new flashing to make it right. The new flashing had to be manufactured special, so it was several days before they could seal the tops. George stayed in touch with me the whole time and would not accept my final payment until the job was completed. Custom construction projects like window replacement are very expensive and require good skills. The attitude and integrity of the TWG team was great. Their price was right in line with my other estimates. I recommend this team. You’ll be happy with the quality of the product, and friendly knowledgeable team.Service: General window replacement

My mother-in-law had contacted this company to get some screens made for her windows. During measurement and construction the employee was extremely rude and unprofessional. After picking them up she was unsatisfied with the work and wanted to be refunded. This company claims “100% satisfaction” multiple times on Facebook, and on their own webpage yet will not refund and is asking for 300 dollars to correct any issue even though it is their fault.Do not use this business.Service: Window screen repair

I just recently had some glass work done and called three companies for a quote, one never showed up, leaving me with only two quotes, I asked both companies to email me a copy of the spec sheet for the materials to be used (something I do as a norm of business in the line of work that I do), That Window Guy not only emailed me a copy of the specs, but also brought out sample materials for us to see, the other company refused to provide a spec sheet let alone bring out a sample. Therefore, I called That Window Guy and let them know that I would like for them to do the work. The work is now done, a very polite installer came out on the day scheduled, did a superb job, and we are very pleased. I would highly recommend That Window Guy to anyone needing their services, and we will definitely use them again for any of our glass needs. There is an old saying "the extra mile is never crowded" and That Window Guy has the road all to himself.
