1st Responder Roofing and Exterior Solutions was my choice for roof replacement after trying to get quotes from several companies. Frank came out, inspected our roof and attic, took pictures and measurements, and presented several options of roofing materials and shingle types. He and the team we worked with are very experienced, quick, on time, and professional. The pricing was right in line with our insurance claim, however we were convinced to upgrade to an impact resistant product to hopefully change fewer roofs over the next several years and to take advantage of the insurance premium discounts. I am native Texan and have had many roofs replaced through my insurance over the years. 1st Responder Roofing really opened my eyes to the corners being cut, the overlooked details and the poor quality of materials being installed on most of the roofs in DFW. Frank communicated thoroughly, even for the smallest things. In addition to the roof, he was able to get a round top window with moisture in the glass ordered and changed within a couple of days, painted the entire exterior of the house, and negotiated with the insurance company to cover it all. 1st Responder definitely exceeded our expectations, as well as resetting my expectations when it comes to contractors. The whole experience was 100% professional, and therefore we recommend putting your faith in 1st Responders Roofing for their superb services and recommendations.
