Wish I could give them more stars. I called 911 Restoration when I had a leak under my kitchen…Isaiah and Ruben came to inspect and they did performed the inspection and gave me the right set of advice depending upon how bad the situation was, it helped me very much as there suggestion/advice helped me getting through it without taking there service as it was not needed. They were honest about it which I liked the most unlike other companies which only goes behind money and try to play the scare tactic. They performed the inspection and handled every thing professionally, one of the best company out there. We HIGHLY recommend these guys. We had flooding from recent rains and they came out right away. Isaiah, James, and crew did a great job of moving things and tearing out our flood- soaked carpets, removing baseboards where needed, spraying to mitigate mold, and drying everything out for us. Juan did a great job for the rental property I manage. There was quite a bit of mold growing and Juan immediately setup an appointment to check out the property, do measurements. Then, he provided us a detailed estimate and worked with us on the price. Once contracted, his team completed the work expeditiously. The entire team was very courteous and professional. I was very satisfied with their work and would hire them again if a similar problem were to happen.

I had an emergency water leak that flooded half my house. They were quick to respond that night and were very thorough getting it cleaned up and dried out. Being a first time home owner and within the first month finding water damage that wasn't in the inspection was a scary feeling. I was so thankful for every single person I interacted with at 911 Restoration. Juan was extremely clear, quick, and professional in explaining all the work that would be done and scheduling it. Great service. Incredibly professional and responsive. Were able to fit me in so quickly and handled my issues quickly and thoroughly. Juan Kamrath what my main contact and he was able to work with me on timing and constant status updates and break down of step by step execution of the project. Estevan Cabello and his team that executed the project were extremely efficient finishing early. He constantly provided me with status updates and communication and took great pride in his work. even though the equipment on its face would appear to be loud and disruptive, while I was working from home, they did a great job keeping the sound to a minimum. there was no issues for me while working from home which i greatly appreciated. highly, highly recommend these guys. they also referred me to other contractors and specialists needed who all provided the same level of service. great experience overall.

Crew removed carpet and cut out some hardwood flooring. Vacuumed water and used meter to see where water had soaked baseboards and walls.Removed the affected wood and insulation and placed dehumidifiers and air movers to dry out room. Joe and Emilio were great in eliminating the mold that grew into the wall of our kitchen sink cabinets. We shopped around and they offered the lowest price. We were given a heads up that if they found additional mold during the demo, we might have to increase the original quote. This did not happen and the mold inspector said it was completely gone when they were through.

If you guys don’t read another review, please read this one! To make a long story short...I woke up one night to standing water in my house! I panicked, & googled companies, & this was the 1st company to pop up. I called them (11PM), in an absolute panic, & the owner Eric answered my call. He was very patient & kind. He said he’d have someone out shortly. His workers (2 of them) arrived within an hour, & they too were so patient & professional. They explained step by step what they were going to do, & were even kind enough to whisper when they noticed my little one sleeping. They got the water up, & set their equipment up, & were in & out in about an hour or so. They came back the next day to check out the progress, & kept me in the loop with everything going on. If you’re looking for a Christian company with professional people, LOOK NO FURTHER! I could say so much more, but I’ll hush now.😆 I’d refer 911 Restoration to anyone, at any time!P. S. This is my 1st google review, so that should really tell you how thankful I am!
