This is from a truck drivers perspective. Easy to check in, I got here around 5:45 am with 3 other trucks ahead of me. Unloading starts at 7 am, no problem. By around 7:30-8 am all of their trucks are gone as well as the outside contractors. Now the trucks get to unload right? Nope.... all of the hotshots show up with their big tex trailers and truck beds blocking off the path of travel for the trucks to back into the facility. Yep........ this is great. Prepare your detention stamp upon arrival.

I ordered a class IV wood shingle and didn't get exactly what I paid for. It cost me $5000.00 and no matter what I did nobody would help me. I should have sued them.Time has passed and they made it up to me. We get great service and prices. We buy a lot of roofing and windows here.

This ABC is good about keeping everything I need in stock. The guys that bring out the materials are slow and take a lot of time bringing your materials to the truck.

David Aguinia was my sales rep for several years and helped me build Gallery Built Roofing in DFW. He was so hands on with me and bent over backwards to accomadte all the roofs we did using ABC. He was so good i miss his service. I’m in Arizona now and plan to leave ABC based off constant mistakes and wrong items delivered. If you get a chance to use David as your sales rep you better be grateful and take advantage.

Another truck driver perspective is same as others. Got here at 7am as instructed. 2nd truck in line and were both still waiting here 2 hrs later because everyone else goes first and now the all on a smoking break out front staring at us. Avoid!
