Felipe Acosta and his brother have that old style of customer service . they are on time and do what they tell you they will do. if you what great customer service and work and they get the work done in a timely manner. when its done they do a walk through with you and will take care of anything you point out . Had my fence blown down by strong winds. Phillip came out to inspect the roof because the house was also missing shingles. Recommended a simple repair on a few shingles and also mentioned they do fence work. Quoted me, pretty fair price. Got the job done. Thanks guys!.

4 "roofers" told me my roof needed to be replaced......" I just had it replaced 2 yrs ago and I know the last hail storm wasn't that bad"... Called ACO for a different opinion. Told me i did have damage, but it wasn't as urgent as the other companies tried to convince me of. Provided me with a estimate for repairs, and we were done. Thanks guys.

Saw a guy inspecting my neighbors roof. Was curious as to what type of shape it was in since our homes in that subdivision were build in 2004. We both had original homebuilder roofs. The photos he showed me really caught me by surprise. The roof was in really bad shape. We really dont pay attention to our roofs at all. Its outta sight, outta mind until it starts leaking. He told me he could help me get it replaced via insurance (something I didnt know they covered, honestly). I was unsure at first. Thought it was going to be complicated. Thought they would raise my premium. Thought this could take a long time. It was the complete opposite. The process was very simple. In 2 weeks not only did I have a brand new UPGRADED roof but we also got new gutters, window screens, my fence pressure washed and stained, and the siding on the left side of my house replaced! ACO did all the works. I didn’t have to run around looking to get 20 different estimates for all these different projects. ! Extremely happy with the services they provided. Def would recommend to all my family and friends.
