Josh fought with my insurance company who had denied my claim until Allstate agreed to cover the new roof due to hail damage. I had given up hope until I met Josh! I had my roof replaced with Advent and was very happy with the service. The project was completed on time, on budget, with great quality. The next time we had a hail storm, my contact person, Josh, reached out and asked if I wanted to have him stop by to look at the roof. After inspection, he informed me he secured a couple of loose shingles free of charge but sent me pictures to show that my roof was still in good shape and did not need repairs. Kellen was an extremely great person to work with during this crazy time. He made sure to keep us informed all the way through the whole process. We had many people come to our house looking for our business but it was Kellen who shined above and beyond all of them. He came over and asked if he could check our roof for damage, something none of the others did, they just left there card and ran. Kellen not only went up and took pictures for us he also repaired some of the holes we did have until it could be replaced. Kellen also took time out of his day to come back to be here when the appraiser showed up to make things go smoother. I am 100% happy with the work that was done in completing my roof and the effort to get in business in the first place. You did an amazing job and I am glad we decided to go with you.

Advent Roofing & Restoration were excellent from start to finish! Josh Felts and Drew Jones coordinated and assisted us in a remodel of a condo we purchased in uptown Dallas. We had a short time frame to move into the condo. They finished the project on schedule to get us into the condo by August 2022. Our condo required a new full bathroom, new floors, new kitchen countertops, kitchen cabinet resurface/painting, new electrical outlets and lighting. They were professional and did an excellent job! if your looking for a reputable roofing company after being hit by a famous Texas Hail storm, look no further then Advent roofing. Usually after a major hail storm, roofing companies come out of the woodwork like roaches. 95 % are scams and not reputable. After doing exhaustive research and due diligence and speaking to 20 different so called other roofing companies. I found Advent roofing . Kellen and Josh and team are heads and shoulders better than all there competitors . I cannot say enough about these guys. They are simply the best! Please do yourself a favor and a lot of headaches , if you need a roof or a quote on a roof , just call Kellen. I promise you will not regret it and will save you a boatload of headaches. We had a great experience with Kellen and his team when replacing our roof after a spring hail storm. He took the time to explain the process and our options very clearly and then handled all the details and contact with the subcontractors for us (subs handled non-roof repairs such as windows, gutters, fence, etc). He worked with our insurance adjuster directly as well. Over a year later, I found out the roof vent covering our dryer outlet was the wrong style. I texted Kellen and he had a team at my home replacing it under warranty WITHIN 2 HOURS, no problem. He said they were in the area, but I was extremely impressed with that level of service. Above and beyond and 5-star all the way.
