Artisan Roofing is the company you’re looking for when it comes to professionalism. Luis is the owner and he proves he supports his customers and values their business.I had my Roof completely redone due to age and the last hail storm was really bad, a complete replacement was need and some additional work gutters and paining.. the team that did the work were on time and cleaned up daily.. I also had my gutter replaced and the also painted the outside of might house as well as some touch up work.. again his team was professional and was about getting the job done.They guarantee their work, I had a gutter issue after the last rain I thought it was a hardware issue the water was leaking for the corners of my gutters I called for support and one of his team members came out and it was not the gutter hardware issue my gutter down spouts were blocked and they cleaned my gutter down spouts.Upon completion Luis did a follow up to ensure I was happy with the work and the clean up.. We will definitely use Artisan Roofing again and I highly recommend this company for Roofing, Gutters, and Painting..Thanks you very much Luis Estorga and Artisan Roofing team

We were needing our roof replaced and Luis guided me through the entire claims process. My wife was scheduled to go to the hospital and give birth to our second baby the exact same day our insurance approved the roof replacement. Luis was aware of this and had his guys come out the very next day and finished our roof before we came home from the hospital! We also had him install new gutters and re-stained our backyard fence. He has followed through on everything he promised us...pretty hard to find that kind of professionalism.

Roof installation was good. Workers failed to put chimney cricket on as requested, when roof was stripped. They had to come back and add after a month. Gutter's were installed a week after date set up. Project coordinator said they would be back the day after roof install to use magnet for nails and that Friday to do gutters and never showed either day.Services: Gutter installation, Attic venting, Roof installation

This company put a new roof on my mother's house and did a very quick, efficient and quality job in doing so. Now the rest of the story..... The salesman that sold the job also made other promises of additional work to be done and then did not follow through. I contacted the Owner Louis and he said that he had fired the salesman for promising customers work and not following through. He then proceeded to contact my mothers insurance company again to see if the additional work could be covered but when they said it wasn't possible he took the money from his own pocket and completed the job. Its hard in the world these days to find people with that kind of integrity and willingness to stand behind their company and do the right thing. Sales person was very professional. Explained everything in detail and provided a quick estimate. Worked with my insurance and adjustor making claim processing hassle free. Selected black roof color as suggested by the sales rep, the outcome was a more modern look and feel. Sales rep also worked with me on replacing the skylights ....replaced old plastic skylights for some glass super resistant material...which allows a lot more light into the home. Everything looks great. I'm in love with my new skylights. And the new venting of the attic should help keep my home cooler. It wasn't a totally smooth process, tho. There was a gas leak! (Not their fault.) But, they handled the situation, called who needed to be called and helped me get it fixed right. Took longer than expected because of that, but they got it done. Our experience with artisan contracting services was truly a great experience. Everyone we spoke with from initial contact to completed job was highly professional, courteous, and respectful. Lydia walked us through the entire process in our first contact meeting, explaining each step of the process. From inspecting our roof, explaining the things that would be included in the total roof replacement, estimated costs, coordinating with her insurance company, Luis meeting with the insurance company appraiser, selecting the shingle color, do the complete cleanup after the job is finished, we were fully informed and expectations exceeded. We signed the contract on Monday and the job was started and completed on Tuesday. And follow up on Wednesday to ensure that we were satisfied with the finished product.
