I just had my roof done by Aspen (Dallas office) and the results are amazing! The new roofing job they did is so much better quality than the original as it relates to the attention to detail in the shingle placement, vents' positioning, and aesthetics. Shay was the point of contact in the office and she was very patient with my questions and took care of me. When the insurance company was taking time to do their part, she encouraged me to be patient myself and handled everything. She and Jacob Ortiz, the site manager, reminded me repeatedly that as the customer, my sanctification was their priority. Jacob took me from day 1, the inspection, to the installation on the last day, ensuring I fully understood what was going to happen. He ensured I knew every detail about the roof replacement and ensured all of what I wanted done was accomplished. He has the perfect customer relationship disposition; patient, always friendly, and thorough. We spent the entire installation day together, watching the workers do their thing and he ensured I was satisfied every step of the way all day. I want to start this review off by saying thank you to Aspen Roofing & Exteriors for everything. We are extremely satisfied with our new roof!Brad came by our house and completed the free inspection, taking photos of all areas of concern to show us. Brad then assisted with reaching out to my insurance to file a claim and walked us through each step from inspection to replacement. As a first time home buyer I've never had a roof replaced so I was uneasy about the process but Brad reassured me that he would only be a phone call away which he was.After Brad completed his portion of work, he introduced us to Shay, the office manager. Shay was helpful throughout the entire process. I would text her with questions and concerns and she would promptly reply providing reassurance. She walked me through the payment process and payment plans and would answer any repeated questions until I felt comfortable with everything. Shay always kept us up to date on the progress of our roof replacement.Finally, on the day of the replacement, Jacob and his team showed up at 7am and promptly went to work after checking in with us. In total the replacement took 6 hours. 2 hours for removal and 4 hours for installation. I don't think the crew took a lunch, they just worked until the job was complete. After the installation, the crew cleaned up and went through the yard with a magnet to ensure no nails were left laying around. Jacob took us around the house to show us all the work that was completed and went over warranty details.Our experience was amazing and will for sure recommend to anyone looking for roof repair and/or replacement.Thank you Aspen Roofing & Exteriors! Prepaid 8 months ago for work. Aspen has not performed work, and has offered nothing but excuses. Says license info on papers, there is no license information on contract. Says BBB accredited. They have had their accreditation revoked due to customer complaints, non response, etc. Told owner will contact us. Owner has not. Trying to recover monies paid will most likely involve legal action, which it appears I have no choice but to do.Good reviews on here are from employees. We've found one employee who came to our house citing themselves as a customer on here. The rest are employees as well, it appears. They like insurance money, and will do substandard work, if you check out the BBB listing for this company. If you're self paying, they tell a lie of too good to be true, and will keep your money. Good luck, and take your money elsewhere.

I felt very comfortable with the entire process of my roof replacement project. All my questions were answered and I was able to reach someone when ever it was needed. They did a great job and my house looks very nice. Very professional workers and cleaned up all project materials when job was completed. I would definitely recommend this company for your roof replacement needs.

Bradley and Jacob are amazing! They are both very professional and they worked hard to make everything as easy as possible for me. Bradley stopped by any time I had questions and answered them with no problems. Jacob is the site manager and he was very good at explaining the process and he is very honest about if you need to spend the money on an upgrade or not. Aspen was a great company to work with for my roof replacement. All communication was great and information presented in a clear manner. Roof looks great and cleanup was perfect.. found no nails on the ground!

Aspen Roofing was prepaid for a job. After several months of not being contacted, I filed a BBB complaint. I learned their BBB Accreditation had been pulled by the BBB for no response to complaints. I just learned the BBB has attempted to contact Aspen Roofing several times, and has closed the case due to no response. Seems verifiable why their BBB accreditation has been pulled, although still on their paperwork. Next step is attorneys, I guess. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!! Or at least, do not pay ANYTHING before they do the job in it's entirety to your satisfaction.

Aspen Roofing's customer service is very conscientious, if you have a concern they address it. They were very thorough about making sure we had the correct roof color and that all of our questions regarding the soffit, dish apparatus and swamp cooler were addressed and dealt with to our satisfaction.

Our roof was replaced, our paint was repaired, and our gutters were replaced all within a timely manner. They look great! The only hiccup we had was taken care of immediately, leaving us completely satisfied with the customer service.

You knocked my door so im gonna knock on yours. Stay away from East Dallas Lakewood LochwoodCasa Linda since you cant take my neighbor's gratitude sharing ensuring your betterment. We have local roofer/contractor that have been here for many many years .This is a post he left on nextdoor since you cant read it I will leave it for you bc you have O interest in your in keeping your word and promise. Hopefully you make it right and you should with him being senior citizen he just wanted what you promised.The company (ASPEN ROOFING AND EXTERIORS)promised to pay $250 for advertising satisfaction of the completed job and $300 bonus for referring another customer. Once the work was completed, the company refused to pay. I have contacted the company on multiple occasions and they have multiple excuses but still refused to pay what they promised to do so. I believe they are taking advantage of a senior citizen. Their accreditation has been REVOKED by the BBB.

Prepaid $18,000 to Aspen Roofing & Exteriors in April 2019. They NEVER did the work. Filed with the BBB, they NEVER responded. Going to the police now to file against Aspen for construction fraud. BEWARE OF ASPEN.
