Definitely a 5 star experience working with Blue Hammer. They helped file everything with the insurance company after a bad storm damaged our home. They are phenomenal communicators. During the roof replacement, we got text and photo updates and explanations from Angel throughout the process. They started around 6:30am and were done and cleaned up by 2:30pm.James was our main contact with the company and he was very professional and helpful throughout the entire process. He is helping coordinate all the other repairs needing to be done as well. Very grateful for having such help with the whole process!Blue Hammer roofing is A+ in my book!

The Blue Hammer army arrived at 6:30 this morning as scheduled and began the removal of my existing roof shingles shortly after. There were 23 people, fifteen of which were on the roof. Tear off began shortly after and the new shingles were all installed by noon.These people are professionals, they protected everything with OSB boards and plastics and got this roof replaced in record time. Many thanks to Ashley and Nick keeping me informed through the process.

Thank you for my beautiful new roof! Rida Hakimi made the process very easy & got it scheduled quickly before more rain storms came. It actually rained the day of installation, but Angel Ramirez & his great team did a late start & squeezed it in just in time before more rain came that evening! Blue Hammer Roofing has to be the best roofing company out there 100%. We were hit by hailstorm last year and they made the process seamless. From dealing with insurance to the replacing of the roof. They were amazing from start to finish. My project manager Jon Daniel was always keeping me updated and always made himself available to answer all the questions I had. Angel Ramirez was the quality control manager the day of the roof replacement and he made sure that the roof was perfect to the smallest detail. And finally Justin made sure that he inspected my roof one final time a few days after to make sure the shingles were settled in and everything was perfect. All in all the whole process was a seamless experience. I would definitely recommend Blue Hammer Roofing to everybody that needs roof replacement.

I never thought I'd say having my roof replaced was a fantastic experience but it was. It started with the project manager Kyle Mozingo offering to inspect my roof for wind and hail damage. With nothing to loose I said sure. Kyle found quite a bit of hail and wind damage on my roof, window screens and gutters. He suggested I contact my insurance company to see what coverage I had. Alan Cortes on the estimating team worked with my insurance company who agreed to cover a new roof, screens and gutters (what? REALLY?) So we moved forward. The day of the install the Quality Control Manager Alberto got his crew (2 crews) stipping my 2400 sqft roof. A little over an hour later they were ready to install the new shingles and replace my box vents with more efficient ridge vents. By 3pm that afternoon I had a new roof (and the ugly 16 year old satellite dish was gone) . Every person involved on this project went way above and beyond what any other company would have done.

He took time to explain everything prior to having the work done and explained everything in detail. He was here several times during the roof being installed. He was such a wealth of knowledge and I am very grateful to have had him on my side to get the work done. I have solar panels on my roof and the crew who handled it did an amazing job. Blue Hammer Roofing is top notch! We had quite a bit of hail damage, and they made our experience a positive one. Ryan Hinton’s level of customer service was exceptional - he communicated with my insurance company on my behalf and made everything easy. He even coordinated the removal/reattachment of our solar panels. And Abdiel, the Quality Control Manager’s support on the day of the job was beyond expectation. I received status updates and arial photos throughout the day, and they were thorough in their clean-up afterward. I’ve never seen such a hard-working crew! They were all amazing! I recently had my roof replaced by Blue Hammer Roofing which was actually referred by my friend who had their roof replacement done earlier , and I was very impressed with the entire process. The supervisor, Elder and his team were excellent. Elder was very knowledgeable and helpful, and he answered all of my questions thoroughly starting from the initial inspection until the end of completing all the work. He also made sure that the work was done correctly and on time. He did also help with all other hail damages done to the property like to the gutters, AC unit replacement etc.The crew that worked on my roof was also very professional and efficient.They cleaned up after themselves every day, and they were always respectful of my property.I am very happy with my new roof, and I would highly recommend Blue hammer Roofing to anyone. We hired Blue Hammer to replace our roof. Procuring our special shingles was a bit tricky, but Miguel, the owner, jumped in to sort things out. He tracked those shingles from the Certainteed factory to our place. This wasn't our first roof replacement with him – he's always been this hands-on.Tanya was really good at keeping us updated and managing the install. The crew was very effcent, handling our requests like matching paint and sealing up trouble spots.Blythany and Alex effiently handled all the insurance work. Overall, working with Blue Hammer was smooth, and we're happy with how things turned out.

Pros- Excellent customer service from Pedro. He kept me up to speed on everything and was always responsive. He did a great job of explaining the process including supplements and additional work. They were timely and on schedule for everything. Also the quality of work is excellent. I hope to not have any issues in the future but he assured me that if something comes up, they will cover it. He has been true to his word so I have no reason to doubt them.Austin in their supplement department is very knowledgeable and will help you work with your insurance company to make sure all damages are covered.CONS- as a customer, you need to be aware of your rights and how to deal with insurance. Although Pedro was honest in his dealings, I had to endure some undue pressure from their director/management at the end. They were trying to collect additional funds from me but since I knew my rights, I wasn’t taken advantage of this time. I don’t blame them for trying as it’s a business but it’s a gray line and it’s easy for them to take advantage of someone that doesn’t know how the process works.Conclusion- I would definitely recommend them for your roof repair but it’s up to you to do your research and know the process. Also would 💯 recommend working with Pedro and Austin.

Johnny was great to work with! He was able to work with my insurance to get my roof covered and bring it up to code. Tanya the project manager kept me up to date on the entire job. There was some slight siding damage during the job but they were able to match the siding and take care of it immediately. I will definitely be working with them again! We used Atlas Pinnacle Pristine Black shadow and it looks great!!!

I must say it was a long process negotiating with our insurance company Farmer’s. Jessica Soto with Blue Hammer was very helpful with the help of David Broome, they negotiated all they could with the insurance company. Insurance company low balled from the very beginning and finally increased a few thousands after 3 months of negotiations. Overall, the team at Blue Hammer did a great job. The day of installation the install team was here bright and early ready to install. Installation went well and they actually finished an hour earlier than expected. Tony Rose from Blue Hammer was here on installation day to assist the team and keep us updated on the process of installation and he did an awesome job sending pictures and informing us of every step.
