Barry Robinson and Bold Roofing have been great to us for years! I couldn't have been happier with my service from Bold Roofing! Robert Stevens did an excellent job working with his contractors and recommending ones for me! They did an excellent job reviewing all of the damage and applying for and receiving from my insurance company supplemental payments for the additional damage that they found. There was no pressure at all and only when the painting and carpentry contractors had completed their work did the roofing work start. They did an excellent job on the roof and gutters and it looks terrific! And only after I had received all payments from insurance did the invoice arrive. I highly recommend Bold Roofing!

Bob did a great job supporting us in reporting our insurance claim and getting it processed. The insurance company was difficult to deal with, and they didn't accept our roof report initially. But Bob communicated effectively with the adjuster and the insurance company, and worked with us to resolve the issue. Overall, he did a good job.

I used Bold Roofing 2nd time for hail damage on my home property. 1st hail damage was tough because my insurance was declining my roof damage claim, but Bold Roofing was able to provide adequate documents with experts to get it done. So i was confident this time around to let Bold Roofing handle my case. This time not only roof but also fence and windows were damaged, and they were able to work with my insurance. They also replaced my roof with good quality materials and with good workmanship. I'm very satisfied with them and i certainly will use them next time

Brent Bolte has replaced the roof on my home twice due to hail storms. Each time I have contacted Brent he is prompt, polite, respectful and professional. He takes the time to listen and then thoroughly explain the steps and timeline involved in replacement and follows up after each stage, making sure it has been completed to my satisfaction. Further, Brent has personally met and worked with my insurance company’s claim representative at my home, pointing out damage that might not have been readily apparent. After the most recent hailstorm, Brent also promptly coordinated window repair and fence repair at my home. I highly recommend Brent Bolte and Bold Roofing.

If I could give Bold Roofing a negative rating I would. RUN from this company. DO NOT give them your business. They are scam artists that sell you shingles that are defective. They admit the shingles are defective. Then when you call to have them come out to inspect the roof they advise and recommend you to commit insurance fraud (saying you need a new roof because of weather damage) because it is easier than filing a manufacture warranty claim.WARNING to all potential customers - Bold Roofing doesn't adhere to the "Manufacturers " shingle warranty that they sold you on, even when your contract with Bold Roofing says "Lifetime" shingle warranty and they don't include any manufacturers warranty information when you sign the Bold Roofing contract. That is like buying a car and then the doors falling off and you take the car back to the dealership and the dealership telling you, oh well that bolt that was holding your car doors on was defective so go can call the bolt company to get the doors on your car that we sold you fixed. It is a disgrace to treat your customers like this; if you sold a defective product and you admit that the product you sold is defective you should fix it for your customer. It is also abhorrent to tell customers to call and file a false claim on your insurance when you all admit in knowing that the roof damage is due to a defective shingle and not weather.@Robert Bold I would love to speak with you about this occurrence that is happening at your company, however the office manager and the manager I spoke with both declined to allow me to speak with you.

Robert (Bob) from Bold Roofing is not only knowledgeable in his domain but also very cooperative and willing to go extra mile for his customer's satisfaction. He helped me in convincing my insurance adjuster about the damages which was initially missed and fixed one of the issue identified on the chimney at the last minute.Highly recommended!

Not recommended. I used Bold Roofing since 2017 till 2023 for whole roof replacement and related hail damage repairs for 4 projects. I used to recommend its services for my friends and families. Not anymore.1st I thought the quality of the services was very good in 2017 until a roof needs to be replaced again this year. Another company found rotten wood under singles at the corner connecting to gutter. The water deflectors were not properly installed in 2017.2nd Bold Roofing will upgrade your singles to cat 3 for free. A company I used this year upgraded mine to cat 4, which may have more discount from some insurance companies.Lastly their paper work processing was really slow, the accounting was a mess. I haven't got the cert of completion statements for repairs done in May yet by end of Dec. There were hundreds of messages and email exchanges about insurance claims and payments, many of them with false statements, incorrect calc. I have to spent a lot to time to create a spreadsheet with all the details to show them the correct tallying. After insurance has closed a case a few months back, they are still trying to claim more payments from insurance. What a mess!Not recommended.

Major hail storm destroyed over 90% of our roof, gutter, fence, and siding. Bob Stevens of Bold Roofing assembled a fantastic crew. All crew members were very professional and did fantastic job. Shout out to the paint crew. Not only did they make the house look brand new, but also straightened out my damaged antennae and performed additional painting that was not part of the claim. 5 Stars to Bob Stevens and the crew he assembled.

Beware, you can't see in your attic and have to hope these guys do good work. I had them replace my roof and every single one of the 14 vents was done incorrectly, Has been leaking inside my roof ever since. And since i don't go in the attic after a rainstorm, I never checked their work within their timeframe. They did offer to let me pay them again to fix what they didn't do correctly the first time.
