From logistics to the final inspection, nothing short of amazing service! Had one minor quirk with the roof but it was handled very quickly and professionally. They stayed in constant contact with appointments, dropping off supplies and the crews showed up very prompt! My kids won't even have to sweat the value of this roof after I'm gone!Service: Roof installation

They did a great job installing my new roof in a timely and efficient manner. They were there on time, did a quality install and did a good job of cleaning up after completion. Joshua was outstanding at keeping me up to date and answering all my questions. My only knock in the whole process, which wasn’t really within their control, was losing almost an entire day waiting on the roofing inspector to show up and also having the trash dumpster sitting in my driveway, blocking the cars in my garage, for 4 days after the job was complete. I would definitely use BuildPro again and recommend them to others.

We had to replace our roof due to damage sustained from a hurricane.Buildpro was easy to work with, extremely professional in all dealings, on time as promised, worked with our insurance company, and cleaned up the worksite impeccably after the install was complete. The Warranty they offer is amazing and surpasses other companies we checked into.I will certainly recommend Buildpro to family & friends for their roofing replacement needs!Service: Roof installation

We had our roof replaced. They were responsive when we had an issue a week after installation. I only gave 4, stars because communication was not 5 stars regarding date of installation and materials being delAyed. Also, clean up of nails were not done carefully. They did do a great job with installation and worked quickly to finish.Service: Roof installation

The team at Build Pro had my roof replaced in one day. I was in communication with them from the first to last step and even two follow up calls. The outcome was a great roof, great experience and definitely a recommendation from me.Plus they did a GREAT job cleaning up.

The Buildpro team did a good-as-expected job of replacing a section of my roof that their sister company, Sunpro, was set to install solar panels on. One thing I appreciated was the the price came in about $1K lower than a second bid that we got. So -- I think they delivered some very good value.Service: Roof repair

Very happy with the quality of the work and the finished product. Joshua Kouts was our Project Manager and not only did he do a great job keeping things moving along smoothly, he was very friendly and funny and made us feel like we were in good hands the whole time. The job was completed on time and the clean-up afterwards was phenomenal! All of the workers were very professional and also very nice.

Joshua Kouts was excellent in staying in contact with me for the entire re-roof process. The workers arrived on a Thurs morning (had to wait about an hour for material delivery after they had stripped the roof), finished that day about 5 PM. Arrived at 8 AM on Friday and the roof was done by 4-4:30 on Friday. Passed inspection on Monday. Very satisfied customer.

Buildpro went out of their way to fix their mistakes, but the mistakes were disastrous and my experience was horrendous. This company utilizes Project Coordinators and Managers that are not only under or inexperienced, but remote to your specific project and also trying to manage multiple projects at one time for what must be an area as large as the state of Texas. Supervisors for the crews are not usually onsite and the crews that I experienced did not speak English which made it difficult for me to talk directly to them and required me to call the project manager who in turn called the supervisor who in turn called one of the workers. My specific experience was for a new asphalt roof. The original date for the job was a Friday, so I took vacation from remote work to be home for the day. I called the project manager at 8AM to let him know there were no workers present and was informed that the job would not start until Monday. There was a good chance of rain for Monday afternoon, but the statement was made by the project manager that the crew should be finished by noon. The workers showed up early Monday morning and proceeded to remove the roof without materials on site. They laid synthetic paper, and the cold front came with 60mph winds and rain at the same time materials showed up around noon, and the workers left. For the next 4 hours, rain ran down the paper, to the fascia board and into the soffit on my house. I had an issue with water being in my soffit and requested that something be done to remedy before sealing the roof. The workers showed back the next day and proceeded to shingle the roof with no remedy for the water in the soffit. Because of lack of action on the part of the Project Manager, I called one of the executives at BuildPro corporate office in Lousiana, who put me in touch with the Director who was over the Project Manager. The Director and I discussed philosophies such as how much water fascia and soffit boards could withstand before we finally negotiated 2 options, open up the decking and dry out the soffit before sealing up or replace the fascia and soffit boards on the house. At this point, I had turned around from travelling to work and returned home to watch one piece of decking be removed, and a picture taken of the wet soffit board before replacing the decking. The picture was sent to the Director and the workers proceeded to seal up the roof. I had to stop the job and almost physically remove the workers from my roof so that I could continue to discuss a remedy with the Director whose sole purpose I'm sure was to get the roof on as quick as possible and walk away from the job. Fast forward 2 hours and more discussing philosophies with the Director again how much water fascia and soffit could withstand and whether or not it needed to be dry before sealing the roof, the Executive that I spoke to originally agreed to replace the fascia and soffit boards at their expense if I would allow them to finish the roof so my solar panels could be installed by SunPro the same evening. Roof complete in November.January, 3 guys show up at my house inspecting the fascia and soffit and tell me they are bidding the job. February, no word from anyone, so I call the Project Manager. I asked him when the job was going to start, but I can only paraphrase the response, and it was something like, "Wow, I thought that job was already finished, they sent me a bill for $x,xxx, let me call and find out what's going on."At the end of February, beginning of March, 2 workers show up with materials, and after 2 weeks of them redoing work, I asked them never to return and requested a new crew because the last straw was brad nailing the drip edge to the decking through the new shingles. 4 weeks to completion, reworked 3 times. All sponsored by BuildPro thank goodness. Also during this time, my roof started leaking and required 2 visits over 2 weeks to fix a valley and although the lifetime warranty covers the leak, it doesn't cover the damage done by the leak. Matt Graham told me that the residual depreciation for my roof was going to be his number one priority. That was April and lasted no more than a month. Matt has still not given USAA complete invoices for the work that done on my roof that was installed in June 2019. Build Pro puts on a decent roof, but their handling of insurance claims paperwork is abysmal.

Roofers did a great job except for when they cut the ridge of the roof open for the ridge vents. If there is ever another time I have a roof installed, the roofers will clean up my attic.
