I was so pleased with the service I received from Caldwell Exteriors. Mason Behrens made a complicated process easy, especially with the homeowners insurance. He was very personable and kept me updated every step of the way. He was able to schedule the roof replacement quickly, and the whole process took under 2 weeks. On the day of the project, the crew made sure everything was to my satisfaction. They answered all questions, and were very courteous. The roof looks great now! I talked with Alfredo about some damage on my roof after a recent hail storm. He came out the next day to inspect for himself. Together, we got on the phone with the insurance and had someone come out to inspect the roof. Alfredo was here with the insurance company to handle anything that might have gotten any pushback. Luckly, it was a total loss and we had no issue with the insurance company and Alfredo was able to go ahead and get things on order and set a date for a new roof to be installed. They were able to handle all the communication for me with my insurance company, which was super convenient. I had full trust in Alfredo and his team handling my business and to have my benefit first and foremost. The day of the roof being replaced was an absolute breeze! His team showed up super early and got to work. They were able to do the entire roof within a day. All of his team members were super communicative and up front with their work and timelines. If I ever need to do another roofing job again I know who I am calling hands down. I recommended Caldwell exteriors LLC and Alfredo to everyone in my neighborhood that was affected by the storms. I was very leary at first when an out of town business offered their services for a roof replacement. However, Justin handled all the communication and transactions with my insurance company and made it extremely hassle-free for me. Justin communicated daily (usually multiple times) about progress of the project and was great at adjusting to adversity faced along the way. His crew was very knowledgeable about the roof and construction in general. The work they completed was fantastic and it included some of their own creative ideas. I'm the type that would normally scoff at a big city business coming out to do rural work but Caldwell certainly changed my mind. I'd use Caldwell Exteriors again and most certainly recommend them to anyone needing roof repairs, replacement, or additions.

When people come to the door to sell something, I am usually skeptical, especially in a Covid world, but I took a chance on Caldwell Exteriors offer to inspect our roof at no cost. Wasn't surprised that it had issues. Justin said they could help through the whole process and working with our insurance to get coverage on the storm damages. They helped me get the claim going, even getting on the phone with our insurer and meeting at our house with the adjustor to make sure everything got in the report. I felt more confident when our adjuster said she had worked with Caldwell Exteriors in the past.In the end, we did had them replace roof, fix and stain fence, install new gutters and repair damage to a pergola. The work was done quickly and all contractors seemed skilled at their part of the work. Justin was transparent and fair about the pricing and had good follow up. From start to finish, Caldwell Exteriors has been fantastic. My house was hit with a severe Hail storm, which caused sizeable damage. Caldwell Exteriors showed up one day and talked to me, like a real person. Someone they could help, NOT a person they could get a paycheck out of. They identified all the damage before I even called my insurance company for a claim. They were here to make sure the adjusters did not miss a thing. They kept me constantly updated and informed about the whole process. They more then helped me. They helped my home get back to its former glory in a no time. The workers showed up and fixed all my damage within a day. They worked harder than I could've asked for. Especially since it was well over 100 degrees outside. In 2020, the company canvassed my neighborhood and i initially thought it was a gimmick but i kept the business card. To my surprise this company is legit. Nick was a God-send and i appreciate him walking through the whole process with me.
