Paul and Trey are the best. I was paying about $250/mo to PSO each and every month. When Paul stopped by my house I thought It was too good to be true at first. But after installation It did take about 2 weeks to turn on and the next month I saw my first bill post solar and It was just $7.46. They also covered my payments for the first year and when I pick up next year It will at $199 and only 3.99% interest. I recommend going solar and with Paul and Trey

A rep, named Liam was of the best contractor I have every dealt with. He answered my phone calls and answered All my questions, that made sense to me and my wife. Our Solar system install went great and on time when the appointment was made. Jonah and Liam were great with my sister and her family with a solar system hook up also. Biggest scam I’ve ever came across. Got me for 100k+ and no remorse. Drew jansky is a seeks for vulnerable people to take advantage of, which is exactly what he did. Sethi Solar and custom pro roofing are just a joke. Do not trust these people!! Texas Solar Panimals is the only solar company I would trust! Texas solar installed my panels and was also got screwed. Do not use custom pro. Their ratings speak for themselves!! The only good ratings that custom has are from high class and businesses and that’s for a reason! Please do not make the same mistake I made!!

This message is for the Solar Panel company that came to my grandmothers house today 3/20/24 at 2:30ish until after 5pm. The young male was extremely rude and unkind and unprofessional. He is also a liar because he said his manager wanted to know why the documents were being backed out of..but when I told him he needed to leave and he was lucky. I didn’t have his managers number or I would call and tell how unprofessional he was. He told me he didn’t have a manager so I called him a liar and repeated the backing out comment seeing as I knew he was lying because no one can tell what you’re doing until you hit submit. I told him numerous times that she did not need any solar panels. He tried explaining and even became annoyed with me because we were adamant about not wanting the solar panels. I had to implore him to get off my grandma’s property and never come back. He smarted off saying “f-it you can’t help everybody hmph” I tolerate zero disrespect in front of MY grandmother. No one curses in front of my grandmother as it’s disrespectful And I told him so. He doesn’t take rejection well. He went to the neighbor and began laughing saying how I “was miserable and the crazy granddaughter of an old lady” all while he video recorded me calling Me crazy. I can probably be heard telling him I’ll be all of that but he’d better keep off her property.He tried to scam her into getting solar panels for $36K! She’s 88 years old. What does she need with that kind of nonsense? What does ANY elderly person need with it? They don’t and I feel like your company is preying on them.I went to the neighbor to apologize for my tone with the young man and he said he completely understood and was glad I came over to help my grandmother. Please advise ALL of your representatives to avoid her house. If another person comes to her home she has been instructed to call the police and report them as trespassing. She will press charges because she has the time.I will also provide a photo of him because I did not get his name. This was him laughing and talking about us with the neighbor. Talking about get my good side. All the while bashing me - a woman who simply told him no - and meant it. I will not be bullied and that’s what he was doing. Protect the Elderly from scams for useless solar panels.

Got a $70+K loan and the panels aren't saving me anything. The owner Drew doesn't respond back and only cares about his money if he does call. The electricians they hired to redo my electric, Shepherd Electrical, did a considerable amount of damage; including damage to a support beam, preexisting wiring and our well pump. The dealar that we got signed up through, Sublime, was excellent at responds time but then stopped responding in timely manner when we started having problems with the electricians. Found out, later, that nither Custom Pro or Sublime are even licensed to sale solar in Oklahoma. Out panels were "activated" December 5, 2023, we were told by march we'd start seeing at a 30% decrease and they're still not reflecting on my statement. Every winter to spring and fall to winter our bill drops considerably on its own. These panels were supposed to drop it even lower. Our bills run in the mid-$600s during peak summer and winter. All we did was add another $250 to it. Even tax tax credit doesn't work like they said it would. Don't be scammed, like us. Research better and make sure the company you choose is licensed in your state. Started in September 2023 finished in December 2023, started making payments in October 2023, still not working March 2024. They were paid by the bank in October 2023.

My experience with this company is by far awful. It has been a year since installment and it STILL does NOT work! Also we still have not received our batteries that we are paying for. We have called/emailed/texted with absolutely no communication back. The only thing they have done "quickly" is take our money. If they would just come finish the job that we paid for, that would be niceIf you're reading this, DO NOT spend a dollar! Customer service and communication are so unprofessional.

I received a price quote from a couple of solar companies in Dallas. By coincidence, Custom Pro knocked on my door. I decided to go with them because they were $30-50 less per month and $15,000 cheaper (I should have known better) than a larger solar company that had previously quoted me. However, I should have realized it was too good to be true. My panels are not functioning properly as there is a connection error, and despite my attempts to contact them, I have received no response. I had to hire a third party to service my panels, which cost me $2,000. In hindsight, I should have paid more for the peace of mind that comes with a larger company's quote. This situation is ridiculous.

They carefully addressed all of my inquiries and gave me in-depth details on the solar installation procedure. The actual installation was completed on time and with professionalism. Additionally, the post-installation help has been excellent. I appreciate their dedication to guaranteeing client contentment.

Custom Pro installed my solar panels on my home. They came out did the job and everything seemed fine, until the next day when two of my electrical receptacles stopped working. No big deal, but it took them another month to come out to fix it. They fixed it, but the repair tech was suppose to be out at 12:00 noon, and did not show until 8:30pm. The one thing that was always present with this company was the lack of communication. I never knew when someone would show up. Many promises about people showing up that were not kept. No phone calls. Then they were suppose to inspect the work. That took another at least two months until someone showed. It was finally inspected, but now I am waiting on our electrical provider (OG&E) to show up. Now for the good. Since I am having to pay for my solar panels and electrical bill the company did offer to pay the solar panel payment. They have done what they said they would on this. All in all, I have not had the best experience with this company. The communication with customer service has improved, but at this point I'm frustrated with how slow this processes has been, since I still do not have what they promised me: one electric bill for the month.

I do not recommend using Custom Pro for solar panels. We have had issues with getting help paying our solar bill that we opened back in April 2023. They just came to connect the wires in the beginning of December right before OGE came to check. I called the city multiple times and they told me they gave permission for the connection of the wires back in July which was when they received the actual question for permission months after we signed the contract which was with another company named Suntria and this other company didn’t tell us we were signing with this one so I didn’t see the reviews. I’m also having connection issues with the solar panels that they keep coming out to check on.. they paid our bill one time but haven’t since. When we initially signed up they promised that we wouldn’t have double bills in 90 days it would be ready to go. It’s ridiculous and they took advantage of us as new home owners who don’t know much. Wish I could give them 0 stars!

Do not use this business. I have been waiting almost 5 months now to get my solar system installed. Every time I talk to someone which isn't very often because you can't get anyone to answer the phone but anyway they tell me we'll get right on it. Last time I was told we're waiting on the inspection. I've talked to the city and og&e both and the inspection has been done. They are waiting for Custom pro roofing & solar to upload the inspection documents and sign the certificate of completion and then me sign. This company promises you the world and delivers nothing. I was told I wouldn't have a electric bill for 3 months while this was being done which was false and now I not only have a electric bill but I also have a loan payment. I was told I would save money doing this. Wonder when that starts because I haven't saved a dime. I'm at the point I think I need to get a lawyer and sue custom pro roofing! Again people [Do not use this company] I gave them 1 star because you cant post without putting something and they don't have 0.Service: New home construction

Still waiting for the final inspection on my solar system. Scheduled for 1 PM it’s now 4:30 PM and no show, no call, no nothing. I tried to call, I got voice mail and tried to text no response. This is standard operating procedure for these guys. All I want is my solar system to work and they can’t seem to get it done. Was promised that it would be done before the first payment first payment was August 18th. They did pay my August electric bill. I guess I’m going to have to pay someone to finish it because these guys don’t act like they want too. I spent $43,000 on this system and I have to beg them to finish??This all started in April when I stupidly sign the contract with Suntria/Custom Pro. They dumped the solar panels in my front yard and left them for three weeks, killing my grass and keeping me from accessing my backyard. I had to call them and tell them that the HOA was starting to complain. Then they rushed out and quickly put the solar panels on my roof and half way finished the job and left and told “Good Leap” the finance company, they were done, so “Good Leap” would release the funds. It took me another three weeks to get them to send someone out to install the PV meter base. To add insult to injury it took another three weeks to schedule a “virtual inspection” of the equipment. Finally, I was promised that the final inspection of the would be done today at 1:00. No show, no call no nothing.CustomPro would like to say that this isn’t their fault but, no communication, is their fault. Can’t blame that one anyone else. This whole process could have been much less stressful if they had just bothered to tell me what was going on.I have contacted another local solar company who says they can get it done it two weeks. I’m really tired of this whole thing and just want my system to work but, if I have to, I will have them remove the system from my roof and go with another company. I was told this system would be done by August 18th (the date of my first payment) and it is not. Next time, I will make sure there is a time to complete clause written in the contract.I have tried contacting Sun Pro multiple time yesterday 08/30/2023 and today with no success. I have emailed and called with no success. I took the day off from work so I could get this taken care of. They did call me about doing a roof inspection yesterday basically looking to drum up more business. All I want is for this to be over with. I am ready to call them and tell them to come get their stuff off my house.09/14/2023 - Still no contact from them. I have emailed Shaunte and Ernesto multiple times this week and no response. Each time I try to contact, I get voice mail or no response. I’m sorry I am such an A-hole “their words not mine” but I am the one who spent $43K and have nothing to show for it.Getting ready to file a complaint with the OK attorney general. Non-usable solar panels do not increase the “value” of my Home, they are just an annoyance. I am coming to the conclusion that these people are just buying time until they can sell the company and I become someone else’s problem.Still waiting. . . . . 11/21/2023

Well, here goes, when I say run away from this business, I mean run FAST. I would give this company -0- STARS if it was possible. It took this company 5 months to get my solar system some what completed. When they show up, they never call ahead and I mean NEVER. They LIE continuously every step of the way as well as they never return any phone calls. Today they were supposed to be here for my final setup and I called when no one arrived and ……… now NO ONE CAN BE HERE UNTIL NEXT MONDAY. I have had it with CUSTOM PRO ROOFING AND SOLAR. I am a man in my 70s and a retired business owner myself, companies such as this should not be allowed to operate.

Absolute terrible experience that my husband and I have experienced trying to get our solar panels turned on. Unresponsive customer service, no timeline or specification on when our panels would be turned on. Being double charged electricity bill and our loan payment for the panels even though they aren’t in use. Horrible experience and would not recommend this to anyone.
