After reading these positive reviews, I chose this company over others to handle my roof replacement (I hoped). Twice over two weeks I made appointments with their employee Dan Clark, was promised they would come to my house, assess my problem by the end of the next day, and get the process started. Both times, nobody showed up. They didn't even have the common courtesy to call and cancel, or tell me they simply weren't interested. After seeing this is how they do business, I question their customer service and pride in their trade.

I had a small roof leak around my sky light and called a few residential roofing companies for estimates. Although it was a small project, D&M Roofing came to my house and quickly determined the cause of the leak and provided a reasonable estimate to fix the problem. Knowing that a large storm was coming through Dallas the following day, D&M scheduled a 9:00am repair in advance of the storm. Despite the storm's early arrival, D&M arrived on time and completed my project...in the rain! I am so thankful that I selected D&M for this project and even more thankful that I no longer have to shop for roofing contractors in the future.

Used them for an expensive metal roof replacement after a hail storm 4 years ago with a 50 year warranty. After 2 years I began having multiple problems with leaks and subsequent water damage. The company was very difficult to deal with in regards to fixing the damage to my home. Ultimately they fixed the leaks after much arm-twisting and inconvenience to my family. Unfortunately the leaks have recurred 1 years later over a flat area they patched (10 year warranty), and they are not returning my calls. I am unfortunately going to have to escalate the matter to my attorney.

Stay away!!! Worst contractors imaginable! They do terrible work!! They caused over $10,000 of damage to my property and I have to have their terrible roof replaced within 4 years after a series of bad patch jobs.I had the exact same experience as Todd. Dan Clark would promise and promise and never deliver. Guess who's out of luck?Be smart! Avoid the headache! Go with someone decent!
